In-N-Out Burger

One of my favorite place to eat but this In n Out put a dent on my dinner. How can they not have chili. This is the first In n Out I have ever eaten where they ran out of CHILIS!!! The lead person was screaming to tell staff to go home. The noise level was increased because of that. I don’t think I will be back to this In N Out

What is there to say about In and out burger. As far as fast food goes they are far better than Mac Donald’s and Burger King. My family and I are regular customers of in and out. This particular branch was not as busy as the others we have gone to. Great service and wonderful staff.

Went through the drive-​thru. I ordered three fries and a double double burger. First batch of fries were cold. When I asked for new ones the employee made a face and touched the fries, before putting them into the trash. The second batch of fries were warm, but were way overcooked. On top of the fries were napkins that had some red color on them. This should not have been possible since my burger was plain, meat and bun.
The burger was cold. And the patty was salty. This has not been the first time that the food at this In-​N-​Out location has been substandard quality for In-​N-​Out. Perhaps the management needs to retrain their staff. It has been less than a year since this location has opened and it has already shown multiple issues.
On several separate occasions my fries have been soggy. I am a weekly In-​N-​Out customer, and now I am willing to drive out of my way for better quality food at another location.

This is what a hamburger is all about! Line is quicker than some other locations. Brand new location. Everything is clean and nice.

My last 2 visits to In-​n-​Out were extremely disappointing. I was one of the great defenders of this west coast icon, but no more. This location on Artesia just opened in the last few months.
I was really hungry one day last week and decided to treat myself to a double-​double and and order of fries. The hamburger was lukewarm and dry, the fries were actually cold! This was a first, that I was served food, at In-​n-​Out that was basically cold. There is no excuse for this. The time before this I went to the one on Inglewood Ave. and the burger was dry and the meat tasted funny. After 2 bad experiences in a row, at 2 different locations, I won’t be going back to In-​N-​Out. Sad.

I found 2 strands of hair on the fries. Immediately called and notified of the incident. Also the fries were overly cooked too hard and very dry. I wouldn’t recommend this in n out based on the quality.

Went through the drive-​thru. Ordered two fries and half way through eating I saw hair strands in the fries! It’s pretty disgusting! Eww yuck!!! I called the corporate office and left my number with them.
Ordered hamburgers: it’s good!
People: make sure you check your food before eating!!! You never know what kind of surprises you might find! Just be careful!

Normally, this location never failed us. But today after eating our burgers we both got really bad stomach aches. Don’t know what’s going on. This ever happened before. :(

Overall an ok experience — I always enjoy my time at In N Out, even if there is a long line to order or through the drive through. It took a while for our order to come out today even though there weren’t that many people at all. I also asked for a cup of water when I ordered and didn’t receive one. I had to ask for one at the side table. They were also out of ketchup and we had to flag someone down to refill both the ketchup dispensers. It took quite a while for them to actually refill it. My fries were already almost cold by the time they did it. I took off another star because Daniella (who took my order) wasn’t really friendly or in a good mood. Smile more, Daniella (:

Who doesn’t like In-​N-​Out? Grew up eating this and it will always be my go to cheeseburger spot. I’ve been ordering the same this since high school… a 3×3 animal style, fries and a neapolitan shake. And if I feel rebellious, I’ll get the animal style fries. lol This location is fairly new. Just a few lights away from where the 91 freeway ends. Like all locations it is well maintained, very clean, and the customer service is on point.

It seems like every time I get a double-​double at this location, one patty is cooked, and one patty is a little too pink on the inside. I’ll usually throw away the raw patty and continue, but this time the good patty got worse as I got into it. Very disappointing. I think I’ll start going back to the Inglewood location

Stopped by for dinner on April 3. The place was not overly busy however it was busy. We found a table however it was dirty. I went to get a napkin to spot clean the table. Would you believe no napkins… I found one of the staff members. I notified her of the no napkin problem. She went to the back and obtained a few napkins. My thinking is that she would had filled the napkins in the dispenser. Seeing it was «not her job», the napkins went empty for an additional 10 minutes.
Overall, the food was fantastic.
I guess if it’s not «Not my job» then staff let it go.

One of our family’s family fast food spots/​companies in the country. The food is consistent regardless of the location. In fact, the same can be said of their customer service. Which, is a rarity, nowadays.
Bravo to the family and organization for maintaining such a high level of quality and consistency.

I mean, it’s IN-N-OUT…you can’t say anything bad about that haha. This is a brand new location and I’m super happy that there’s finally one close to my house! I used to go to the Hawthorne location because that was my go-​to location but I think I will start going to the Gardena location for now on. It’s pretty big inside… and brand new! I love that very much. It’s pretty crowded like always. I typically get the double double protein style with grilled onion and definitely fries (sometimes animal style fries if I’m feeling in the mood). Customer service was good since everyone is new and I will most certainly be back! Welcome to the neighborhood :)

There is nothing I can say about in n out that isn’t already known. They have great burgers and fries… I have never received bad service at in n out! They deserve a raise not those processed frozen burger clowns from McDonald’s best burgers in town and best buns in town

I love in n out to say the least. It’s my girl and I go to spot for some delicious food and we always get the 3 by 3 just full of awesomeness lol. This particular one was really fast and the food was A1. For it to be a fairly new location they really have good staff and stay on top of all the orders they get. This will be my favorite location because it’s close and convenient for me

To the genius that placed both burgers the wrong way, to the point where they were squished. Also asked for no lettuce on both, and there was lettuce. Didn’t notice any of this until we got home and opened the box and it was too late. This is our third time going to this location and they only time we have a complaint, thanks to the one douche bag who can’t do his/​her job correctly. Please retrain them. It’s logical and utter common sense to place the burgers the long way in a horizontal box.

In N Out is my #1 favorite fast food chain! I’m SO happy this new In N Out opened in Gardena! :) It’s the closest one to my work so now my coworkers and I will be able to easily satisfy our In N Out cravings! It’s located in the same plaza as Chipotle and Albertson’s.
The drive thru line can get pretty long but don’t fret – it moves really fast! A lot faster than any other In N Out drive thru line I’ve been in at their other locations! I’m impressed by their efficient system. I was literally IN n OUT! :P
Their burgers and fries also live up to their usual high standards. Fresh and SO delicious and cheap! I have no complaints! They’ve done it again! This new location is awesome. Keep up the good work, guys! :)

Its been almost 14 years that Gardena has been awaiting for the In and Out to come! Finally I was blessed to be invited to their soft grand opening the night before the official opening. I got to meet the managers and meet their employees. This place is very nice and will bring another great eatery! I been a fan of In and Out and love their business model. Great food and service.

This is the new kid on the block. This In N Out location opened today, Thursday January 21, 2016.
I drove into the shopping plaza where this location is located. There were many staff members around all over the place. It was their opening day, and they opened an hour earlier than most In N Out locations opened. The staff kindly directed people to where they needed to go. This place has a sizable lot, which is great because the traffic here is about to increase due to their popularity.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by warm smiles. Since I was one of the first people through the door, there was no line ahead of me. I ordered a double-​double, and a medium drink. After getting my iced tea, I sat down and waited less than 2 minutes before my burger was handed to me.
The burger was as tasty as all other In N Out locations. I was well taken cared of, and the staff was very attentive to my needs. They both delivered my burger to my table, and cleaned up for me when I was done with my meal.
The staff here definitely know how to make a good impression on opening day. And I have no doubt that their quality of service will not decline. Five stars, all the way!
