Vanessa is bomb! 1am at the drive-thru and she is cheerful and friendly with great customer service. the sticker on the window says pay-by-phone but that sounds like work. i’ll wait for pay-by-thought. baked potato and a Caesar salad seems harmless enough, as fast food goes. this is why i get Wendy’s when in the area.

My review for this Wendy’s is simply for their Vegan baked potato. As much as I meal prep there are times when ‘time’ gets the best of me and I am unable to do so. When that happens I usually find myself quickly mixing an avocado with tomatoes, mustard, pepper & sriracha in a Tupperware container with plans on adding 1 – 2 plain baked potatoes to my mixture. I arrived at this Wendy’s during the lunch rush. The driver-thru line of cars waiting to place their orders was a good 15 deep. I walked inside and discovered no line. I was immediately helped by a friendly cashier who took my order. I ordered 2 baked potatoes, no butter & no toppings. My total charge was just shy of $ 5.00. As soon as I sat down my order was ready for pickup from the counter. I was handed my order by what I assume was the shift manager who also was extremely helpful. I was again asked if I wanted salt, pepper or butter with my order, I declined. The following day I had to do the same exact thing. I went to the same exact establishment, came across the same cashier and the same shift manager who after only visiting once knew my name and my order. Both times I visited I found this restaurant to be spotless. I gave the floors, the condiment section, the open kitchen format a good once over and found nothing that would raise the suspicion of a clean freak like myself. Without question if/when I need a quick vegan meal on the run that I will again visit this establishment.

I love this Wendy’s. This location is always friendly and very quick. I have never had a problem here. Every time I go I always end up with a very friendly worker and that is rare for a drive-through!

This Wendy’s has recently remodeled and the place looks great! They’ve added a new Coke Free Style Soda Machine so that’s definitely a plus. Same great menu, in a more modern dining area! Customer service is friendly and it’s clean! I highly recommend this Wendy’s!

I like the food the only thing that got my attention is Martha’s training whatever she was doing humiliating the poor boy. I didn’t pay to see all that negativity. Martha needs better training.

Remodeled inside and looks nice, but this place has no high chairs, booster seats, or changing tables. Not very family friendly. Ordered a meal and said I wanted a small cup of chili instead of fries, but the cashier instead charged me for both. Ordered my toddler a kids meal and wanted apples instead of fries, but they gave me fries. Lame.

I love the new remodel and the food is great most of the staff is nice also. I would have given 5 stars but my beverage experience and the lack of communication of staff knocks you down a few stars. The freestyle coke machine(were I like the concept of choice) has been bit hit and miss. I purcased a drink cup to find the machine was down again has happen’d several visits now. One of the customers told me she had been in the day before and it was down then too. Wendy’s come on If you know the soda machine isnt working properly or not at all please put a sign up and or inform the customer at the time of order. Why are you selling cups knowing the machine isnt dispensing for at least 2 day??? Who like purchasing a soda cup and then not getting soda I sure dont.

Once in a while, I need to eat something on the go — hence stopping by a fast-food window. Wendy’s seems like a step up from McDonald’s, but it really isn’t. I warn you that this location is a hassle to go to. First of all, service is slow. Even if there are NO cars in front of you in the drive-thru line you will be waiting and waiting for no apparent reason. Secondly, their food is so-so. Their frostys are the one redeeming menu item here. Get a choc/vanilla mixed! I have no idea why the burger patties are square, but it doesn’t make them taste any better. My husband said their burgers were disgusting and would not/could not finish his. LOL, but also an ewww! I got the value chicken sandwich with a big dallop of mayo when I said no mayo! Whatever, it tasted fine to me although the bread was cheap and falling apart. I have never had their chili, but I would be afraid to try it if their burger meat is inedible.

Love the pretzel bacon cheeseburger but only for a limited time. Open late:-) and they have baked potatoes and frostys

I remember when this was one of the only Wendy’s around. I wrote to their corporate office and told them Southern California was in need and showed potential for new growth. They took my word and new locations started popping up. But this one was here before all that. Not a bad Wendy’s. The Singles and Doubles are tasty as expected but the service has always trended on the slow side. Try the chili and or baked potatoes. They have some nice salads and Wendy’s fries are better than most. Never attempted the drive-through because I like them to get my order right. I rather see the person face-to-face when I tell them what I want — no mayo. Located on Western, close to the corner of Artesia, right next to a hotel, gas station and the Marukai Market.

This Wendy’s gets the job done. It’s all about the Baconator.

This Wendy’s is slower than dial up internet. Doesn’t matter if it’s crowded or not, expect to wait a while. I wouldn’t mind that much, but 25 minutes for COLD fries is just stupid.

While I applaud Wendy’s for having better menu offerings(to my world) this particular location is sooooo SLOW. Add to that the inaccurate order received and higher charge I kinda doubt I’ll be back. Sure, it’s close, but I think I’ll stick with Yellow Basket from now on.

I have always loved Wendy’s! Their baked potato was always what I ate instead of fries when I was growing up. A CHOCOLATE Frosty is the only one I consider a Frosty. The Vanilla one is just ice cream and good for Root Beer Floats. The last time I was here, they served me a melty Frosty, the consistency was off and I asked for a fresh one. Anyways, I like their value menu and usually order off of it. I like the Jr. Cheeseburger, it has a slice of red onion on it. The service at this Wendy’s can be hit or miss, but it was ok this visit. There is plenty of parking, but it is tricky leaving the lot. You have to drive around the outer area along the drive-thru and then you can only make a right turn onto the street. If you have a need for a good fast-food burger and a frosty, head here!

So you got me Wendy’s…all those clever Bri-och-ke ads and Bri-o-che, dang it I had to try it. As for the results. I still know fast food is not healthy or good for one to eat, but darn it sometimes you have to live on the wild side. And this darn portobello burger on brioche was worth it. wished i ordered the double, though, but darn it i have to compromise, I’m married. Anyways, this review is not really a review but an external dialogue of the demons in my head battling for supremacy over my will to be fit… darn you demons darn you!!!

This location is open until 2am everyday. When I used to come here a couple years ago they always forgot to include a part of my order when I would go to the drive-thru. I used to always have to call and ask them if they still had my item and then go back to pick it up. Sometimes they would give an extra chili or a frosty and other times they would just say sorry. Thankfully over the past year or so they’ve improved tremendously and they hardly forget an item now. The food here is pretty decent in my opinion when you compare it to other fast food businesses. I’ve tried many of the items on the menu, but my favorite items are the spicy chicken nuggets, chili w/cheese and onions, Caesar salad, bacon cheeseburger and sour cream and chives baked potato. Don’t forget to ask for the«chili sauce»! It’s so good! Most people don’t know about it, but it really does make the chili taste a lot better since it adds a little kick to it.
