Domino’s Pizza

They’ve become our go to pizza in the area because it’s always good! Who knew that a Dominos could be this good, but they are and since we pick up each time you get to see that it’s clean and they take what they’re doing serious.

Love this place. The employees are nice and friendly, their chicken bacon ranch sandwiches are simply the best, and every time I order from here, the food always looks perfect. 5 stars for sure.

Horrible, I guess whatever location the mentality as well as attitude will remain the same… forgot half my order and my sauce dominos has become the last food I will crave

Today we decided to have Domino’s Pizza for dinner because of their GREAT SPECIAL we saw online, a Large 2-​Topping for $ 5.99. The only reason why I gave it a 4 because of the inconvenience of the carry out special online and I couldn’t place the same order over the phone because the young lady said that was last week’s deal, but since I wanted the great price I ordered online, which took unnecessary time to PiCK TOPPINGS, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, etc! If it would have let me checkout as a guest it would been more satisfying lol.
Furthermore, the service from my cashier CHANTEL (may be misspelled) was great, she was very nice and offered me a bag for my 2-​liter soda, some people would have just let me walk out with no carry bag, thank you for your great service and the pizza is delicious! The online tracker was definitely accurate to my order!

Well, I tried Domino’s again. Not sure why I did?! The pizza was the Brooklyn style dbl pep and sausage. But they forgot the cheese! The company touts the cheese with these ridiculous cows on the box, but its too darn bad they didn’t put any of it on the pizza! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Don’t eat here, go up the road on Artesia to Aloha Pizza to get your moneys worth.

Joseph was awesome and had great customer service on the phone. They never have messed up my order before so I’ve always been happy. Definitely pricier that your hole in the wall pizza place but open later obviously with delivery.

The only reason we order dominos is for the convenience and corporate really excels at making the purchasing experience reflect that! The app is awesome and really allows you to order and track and get in and out BUT then you have to deal with franchisees and their own takes on convenience. Just placed an order for 2 pizza’s with the app, paid through the app, tracked through the app, and out my wife goes to pick it up. Arrive at this franchise and the corporate efforts and convenience just crumbled before our hungry eyes. No card. No ID. No pizza. I paid through the app, but my wife picks it up and the whole process falls apart? C’mon Mr. Manager, is pizza theft really so high on the rise now a days? I guess we’ll stick to ordering from the Dominos on Inglewood Ave where corporate and the franchisee are on the same page regarding the use and convenience of such an amazing app. I really have no idea why we switched it up this time. I advise all of you to do the same for the sake of convenience!

I can’t tell tell you how many times we’ve ordered pizza from here. The same 2 pizzas, and they’ve usually been made right. Per all the previous deliveries and even my trips to do a carryout and take home, the pizzas have been correct! Even with their HOT bags, the pizzas are generally warm to warmer, but that’s to be expected since we can’t dine there!
For this order tonight, we decided to order deep dish pizzas. The first set of 2 pizzas came and they looked like they were made how we asked and one of them was made perfectly, I loved my pizza! It was a standard deep dish with pepperoni & sausage. Then, the second pizza is where the mishaps began. We let the delivery person leave. Upon even closer inspection, there was cheese below the meats & sauce which we missed. I mean, who knew there would be 2 layers of cheese on a deep dish? One layer on top of the crust and the other layer near the top. It doesn’t state anywhere that that is how they build that type of pizza. When we ask for NO CHEESE on HALF the pizza, we mean NO CHEESE on HALF the pizza!!!
So, we called, and the manager, Cynthia, answered and there was a discussion about how the deep dish is built and that she would make and send another pizza. Fine. Or so we thought. About 45 minutes or so later, the pizza came. The guy left. Once again, upon further inspection, we realized there is NO CHEESE on the ENTIRE pizza. What?
So, another call was made, Cynthia answered again. However, this time she was arguing with us (the consumer), and we had to remind her that you just don’t do that. The quote: «THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT» doesn’t seem to apply. We ended up telling her that we didn’t want anything else since they’ll probably get it wrong. We aren’t trying to get more than we paid for, so we ended up losing an edible pizza. She eventually realized we weren’t out for more pizza. We also told her our home phone isn’t working and the last 2 times we ordered, we gave our cell number. We gave her our home phone number so she could look up our order history, and she said «You’ve only ordered from us twice». She didn’t seem to be listening. Cynthia finally looked up our home phone number & took a look at our pizza order history. My husband is easy going and talks as if he is the one who needs to apologize. He apologized to Cynthia during the conversation.
Here we have sitting at the house, 2 pizzas which aren’t what we ordered. AND, the replacement looks ridiculously unappetizing! (
) It looks like bread with a measly amount of sauce squirted on top.
Like I said, we have always had pizzas made correctly until tonight. We will go back to ordering the regular hand-​tossed pizzas because those get made as we request. We just won’t confuse them by ordering a deep dish, which is my favorite type. I’ll have to order that one from a competitor.
After service has resumed to our liking, I will update this review. Right now, it is more than a disappointment in several departments!

I ordered one large pizza, wings and the Italian sandwich.
Everything we ordered was so bad! I don’t even know how to describe it… No flavor, cheap chicken and The Italian sandwich was so dry!
I don’t care what the price is, never ordering from dominoes again! Customer service was good, but that’s about it. The quality is very poor! I would rather order from Pizza Hut.

If you are in N Torrance or Gardena this is the absolutely BEST Dominos! If we’re ordering one pizza for just the two of us or 10 for a crowd they are always hot, fresh and delicious. The drivers are always friendly and courteous too! We have had consistently great service from this store for over 10 years!!! Thanks!

Disappointed after today. This WAS my favorite Dominoes. Called them for a carryout and they told me the price was $ 6.53, which was the price they always had for a medium one topping — which was one of the reasons this place was so great, and the Pizza was always hot and very tasty. When we arrived to pick up the pizza, they said the price was $ 8.53 or something like that. We talked to a guy working there and mentioned this fact, and he said we could pay the usual price for this one time. Then the the woman in charge of that shift butted in and tried to force us to pay the $ 8.53. We held our ground and she allowed the regular $ 6.53 price, but she kinda had an attitude. One thing I noticed was she took the pizza to the back once during the transaction, then came back to finish the ordeal about the payment price. After the transaction, on the way back, we opened the box and noticed the pizza was cold. I guess they changed management or something. They used to be great, now they suck. I’m not going to buy pizza from this Dominoes anymore.

This is one of two Domino’s in the area that we have regularly ordered from, and today’s experience is making us write the chain off forever. The pizza used to be good but has gone rapidly downhill at both locations over the past 18 months or so. Today’s pizza order was the last straw: totally drenched in sauce, like it was pasta, probably to disguise the fact that there was barely any cheese and minimal other toppings on it. Plus with the delivery charge and tip a large is more than $ 20, which puts the price on par with much better local pizza shops in the area. The convenience of home delivery is not worth it. We’ll be driving to Pizza Machine or The Pan when the pizza urge strikes from now on.

Our pizzas tonight were perfect and delicious. The amount of sauce was perfect as were the toppings. I ordered on line and they were at the door in fifteen minutes!

This place is what you’d want from a Domino’s. The prices, and the product, are all the Domino’s standard. I’ve ordered delivery from this particular store, online, many times, and they always get the pizza right, and they always show up on time.
My only complaint is with the website, and that’s not these guys’ fault. It’s impossible to order from them without getting at least three pop-​ups trying to get you to add to your order. It’s dumb, and it’s annoying.

Ordered easy online, delivery was prompt and friendly, but the pizza itself was terrible! We’ve ordered several times and enjoyed delicious pizza’s but this time there was so little cheese you couldn’t taste any at all, and all you could see on top was sauce. We didn’t special order it without cheese or anything. I don’t know what happened but it was awful and that’ll be the last time we order Domino’s.

it’s time for Pan Pizza.
Yes, PAN, which made on actual pan. I love their decoration of the pizza, and the boxing made so delight. Mu son loved it so much, and every time we need pizza, yes we order pan pizza from them, and its soooo delicious. i drive by them, and call them ahead like 15 min prior, and get the order in, and for 7.99 plus tax, we get 2 toppings. amazing deal. amazing pizza. thank you. this is another way of taking the pizza world to another level.

My friend wanted dominos so we came here for a snack. I ordered the 8 piece wings with mango habanero sauce on it. I’ve ordered these wings before, but at a different location. I love how the wings are sweet and then all of a sudden you get a wave of heat! Unfortunately these wings hardly had any sauce on them. I still expected to get the kick of the habanero pepper but it just tasted like mangoes to me. It tasted like a sweet, dessert-​like wing served with ranch! :(Not coming back to this location again…

Typical Dominoes pizza, just wanted to note the prompt delivery. I pre-​ordered for a delivery to happen a few hours later and delivery was right on time. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon.
