If there was a no star, I would chose that. this place honestly sucks. the employees are unprofessional. I am now 26 of 18 months. meaning, I was suppose to get my braces off 6 months ago. I never missed an appointment, or failed to wear my rubber bands. they broke 2 brackets, forgot to put one on, introduced me to a new process and didnt tell me why or how. and most importantly failed to make me satisfied. do not come here.

Going here was a miserable experience. The good Dr. has his name plastered everywhere, but don’t expect him to actually examine you personally. His assistants are incompetent. I regret ever going.

you need braces? bummer i know, but you deserve the best… so why not go to the best, aka dr yorita. how have i not reviewed this yet? and why is there only 1 reviewer? hmm maybe cause patients are mostly young and are banned from computers… but not to fear, i shall speak on their behalf! dr yorita, i dont even know where to begin, lets see… amazing, caring, detailed, thorough, and genuine. nope, hes better than that! he is soooo amazingly thorough and thats exactly what you want. he adjusts your teeth to a tee and wont stop until hes happy. you can tell he cares and that he really wants your teeth to look their best. the staff is great and really works with you to get your appts in. i had to go in every two weeks and christy who schedules appts was nice enough to schedule me weeks out in advance. she also made sure i was able to get the earliest appts possible so i could make it to work on time. your in and out in a jiffy too! youre a usc fan? so is he! ucla, sorry but he’ll still be nice!

Dr. Yorita is the Jedi Master of orthodontists. He lives and breathes orthodontia. He teaches it, he practices it, and he’s won every award imaginable for it. How do I know? Because it’s in every corner of his office. He’s also a really nice guy with a great chair-side manner. He’s got the office visit down to a science. You get in and out quick. It’s about as pleasant as such an experience can be, all things considered. He even gives out«Yorita Yen»(redeemable for prize) to kids who stick with the plan. The guy is definitely a shrewd businessman, but one who is honest, loves what he does and really cares for the patients.
