I’m not sure why this place have not closed down yet. Don’t believe anything that this place says, it’s really all lies. Manager tries to use student discount(which I am entitled to already) as my ‘cash back’ for opening lines without any phones!!! It’s all a scam! They try to make it seem like they’re helping you but they’re actually trying to make money off of you. Making money is not wrong when you’re doing business but the way they did it was really shady. But if you did open your phone lines there, please call T-Mobile and check on your account. Emobile will tell you not to cause they’re going to apply discount or coupon to your account… it’s all bull! It’s your money so don’t let them take advantage of you!

Just added new line of service for my cousin at E Mobile Center. Andrew was very helpful on selecting out smart phones. He gave us accessories without charge, save tons of money. Parking is a bit tough when you park on Main St, but there is large parking behind building if you dont mind walking a little.

I don’t write too many bad reviews but when I do, I mean it and I will stand by it even if ligation happens. After years of political activism, I don’t back down unless there has been a misunderstanding on my part. Short of that, I stand by what I believe is true and I try to help others when I can. This place have methods that scares me as a consumer. Upon signing the contract and getting our phones, we were happy. Then two months of billing came and we were charged 100s more than expected(a lot of 100s). Emobile tried to work with us but usually offered to reimburse us after we paid off the extra 100s. We were not going to pay anything we didn’t remember being disclosed to us upfront and the three of us didn’t remember. Paying first just seems like admitting we ordered services we didn’t. I said I’m just going to file a lawsuit. I had actually made plans in my schedule to speak to several pro-bono lawyers that do consumer rights and class action law(power in numbers!) along with groups that work specifically with Asian communities the next few days in the OC/LA/SD areas. I also made plans to go to the police to file an identity theft report to increase the period of fraud alert from a few months to years and use the report for additional support for the reports I would file with the T-Mobile fraud department, FCC, FTC, and Attorney General of California. It seems obsessive but if you’ve been an identity theft victim, you would know it’s best to catch it early and do the best you can early because the average loss of victims is a lot and can last for years. For reasons, I felt filing all five reports(but not with the BBB) was necessary in this circumstance. However, Emobile eventually agreed to reverse or pay most of the extra charges and have it so that we wouldn’t have to pay first. The billing still confuses me because there were a lot of charges and I’m still not sure how much money was lost in the first few months of billing to this day. In addition, I decided to give back my G2 because I had understood that the unlimited data plan was unlimited upon leaving the first time but that’s not necessarily the case. After a certain amount of GB is reach, your WiFi will get slower. I found that out through a TMobile rep. Other facts you should know: –California law allows you to return your phone after a longer period of time than other states. A TMobile rep told me that’s CA law and places in CA are require to follow the law even if you sign a contract saying you’ll return it in less days! –Upon filing an identity theft report, you can provide the police with suspects. –Communication identity theft is very common and make up a large percentage of identity theft crimes. There are many agencies/departments that investigate such crimes. Reporting early is how you can help. –If someone calls in pretending to be you to TMobile, there is a chance the conversation is recorded and the earlier you act, the better the chances it’s still on record and can be pulled to support your case. –Identity thieves can be sent to prison depending on sophistication, damage, past record, etc. Yay! –Not all companies can be trusted, the decision is ultimately up to you and I hope you’re careful. –There’s not much T-Mobile can do for you after 30 days and even before that, with certain things, they’re hands are tied with third parties. –When I say I’m going to do something, there’s a chance I might have already done it. Since I hate people that threaten people, I tend to just do. PS None of this is legal advice so consult an attorney to discuss your particular circumstances.
