The worse customer service by far. I came to this store to return an item and they stated could I go to another. I was in shock. This was the second gnc on my way home. I will never shop at these stores again. It was $ 90 purchase I decided I did not want. It was not even opened.

I went here on a Sunday to return some vitamins that made me feel sooo sick. No one was in the store except the manager(small Hispanic guy). He was extremely stand-offish and talked to me like an idiot. He was knowledgeable but had no people skills whatsoever. If I’m asking then I clearly don’t know so there’s no need to speak with such a «duh» tone. I told him I felt sick after taking the product and he insisted it was because of the size of the pills, which I’m sure that’s part of the reason. But I told him i’d feel sick all day after taking them and doesn’t seem right. He was pretty much like«oh well take them anyway.» Also he had an attitude like if you want results then you need to buy all these products and I felt pressured and still didn’t know what it was I really needed. At one point I was just going to tell him to chill because he was so rude. In the end I just put everything down and left because he pissed me off and I felt like I was keeping him from doing something more important even though no one was in the store. He needs to get some people skills since he’s the«manager.» I will most likely not return to this GNC. And he also seemed pissed I had to return… policy says 30 days and it had only been a week– sheesh! 1 star for knowledge, but that’s it.

BP and I came to this GNC location a few months ago. The store was empty and the clerk offered us advice as well as answered my questions. I was looking for a vitamin to strengthen hair and nails and we found what we were looking for!
