What does Omaha Steaks not know about CUSTOMER SERVICE? I purchased a gift certificate to Omaha Steaks which was lost. When I made my purchase I was given two receipts, one was my credit card receipt and the other was a gift certificate receipt. I contacted Omaha Steaks with the numbers on the gift certificate receipt and was told they purposely do not include all the numbers of the gift card for «security purposes» and the gift certificates cannot be tracked or cancelled without the complete numbers. Sorry they said nothing can be done and you are out the money even though the gift certificates may never be redeemed. What is the purpose of giving me a receipt with incomplete gift certificate number? Where is their customer service? I will never shop at Omaha Steaks EVER!

Great Store, wide selections, friendly service. Prices are good and food is all boxed up vacuum sealed and will last a long time. We got there burgers which tasted great. Will definitely come back.

I love to cook and a friend gave me a few gift cards for Christmas. I looked on the web and it was very pricey. I decided to go to the local store to check it out. They have nice well marbled thick steaks. I picked up some strip and rib eye steaks along with some of there steak rub.
They were fair on the grill but for the money I will go to Balducci’s or Harris Teater. There prices even on sale work out to about $ 40.00 a pound. You can get prime dry aged steaks at Harris Teater for $ 20.00 a pound. I was not impressed with the taste and when I told my guests they were surprised they were Omaha because the steaks were suppose to be good.
Now here is the pain in the posterior about this place, the cashier tried several times to up sell me, I did the math and even though it was a «special» it just was not worth it. I guess there is a sucker born every minuet.
