Southwest Villas

How many Saul Silber apartments will I live in? There is no telling. I lived at SW Villas before Oak Glade and then moved back. I’m here to tell you, there is a reason I moved back.
I’ve only lived in the 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs, but they are worth every penny. The apartments are a little older, but they are right on a huge bus stop and complex is dead silent. Also they are super pet friendly and most of the first floor apartments have little backyards.
Recently there has been some turnover in management and the new guy doesn’t know what the heck he is doing, but the maintenance guy is so awesome that you can get around it. I will say that the soundproofing between floors isn’t the greatest, so be prepared to hear your footsteps, but in both apartments I’ve lived in it has been pretty minor.
I will say that I’ve only lived in the area of the complex near the office, the rest of the complex might be a mess and party all night, so take this with a grain of salt.
