Love Fantastic Nails! I have been going there for almost 3 years and Bin and Sara are my favorite. They have the best pink and white nail sets and now that I have switched to gel, I will never go back. Their pedis last a long time too :) Highly recommend them! The owner knows you by name and they make you feel like family.

I had a great experience. My friend and I went in 20 minutes before they closed and they let us in, which is unheard of considering we wanted a mani/​pedi. They gave us amazing treatment and we even had two people each giving us attention. While one was doing our nails, another was doing our feet. The massage chairs were a nice addition too. The only reason I’m not giving the full five stars is because my manicure came out a little slanted – but again, I don’t blame them at all. We came in late so I’m sure it was just because they were rushed.

I went to get acrylics and first of all, the lady did not understand me and i could not understand her. I told the lady what i wanted and she just ignored me. The acrylic came out horrible and its been a week and a half and 2 of them fell off. I thought the environment in there was unfriendly and i did not feel comfortable. When she did my fingers she filed my nails so hard that on two different fingers, my cuticle started bleeding.
Will not be going there again.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails. I have tried many places in Gainesville which have left me hesitant to try more. There hasn’t been any fancy nail spas to grab my attention. The nail shop in the mall is a rip off. If you like playing Russian roulette with nail fungus and bacteria definitely try the nail shop in Oaks Mall next to Macy’s. If you want a good pedicure and your nails done properly, try Ben at Fantastic Nails. The location is right next to the mall, next to Toys R Us. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and I leave happy. Plenty of polishes to choose from, and a cute pedicure chair for kids.

I go here and use john! They are all amazing though. I ALWAYS get asked where I go. Prices are on point and service is very friendly if you are a regular. Make sure you call ahead because they are always busy!

I am so thankful my normal salon is closed on Sundays bc that is why I came here. I am so glad I did! AMAZING. Best massage chairs I’ve seen, best customer service I’ve had in a nail salon, gentle with feet, very clean, lots of nail options, and really nice calf and foot massage. This place has become my new salon.
