I took my preteen here as a valentines present. Stephanie performed the first facial she ever had. In the waiting room we had a consultation. I repeatedly told her No Extractions. I wanted my daughter to enjoy her first facial. When my facial finished I come to the waiting room to find her with red welts all over her face. She looked like she was ready to cry. She had been extracted to the ridiculous. My daughter is shy she felt trapped in a room with a woman who was torturing her face. She could not come get me. I told my daughter facials are relaxing and that she would probably fall asleep. Stephanie made me look like a liar. My daughter had to attend her valentines party all pick faced the next day. I complained about what she did to her and the receptionist. The receptionist did not offer to make it right and Stephanie gave me the most flippant and indignant «I’m sorry» ever. My daughter says she never wants a «facial» again. Even though this is not what was performed. I am beyond angry at this business. Cannot be trusted.
