I wanted to speak to an employee before my sister and I left rather than leaving a negative review, so we kind of just stood at the entrance for a little while but no one came out. I’m not sure if it’s just a bad day, but most of the flavors we tried — vanilla, coffee, and cheesecake — did not taste right at all. They lacked any sort of distinguishing flavor and if I had tried them blindfolded, I would not know where even to begin at guessing which flavor they are, or if I could even assign a recognizable flavor for any of them at all. I ended up throwing away my cup after a few spoonfuls. If we had been offered a sampler, maybe this experience would have turned out better. The cashier at the friend was friendly and this establishment was clean, but this was the first time I couldn’t finish a cup of froyo. I’m not a froyo franchise owner, but maybe having the staff taste test new batches to ensure quality would help?

Wow such a fun, clean, and inviting establishment! The workers are very helpful and nice! They know how to give good samples! Will most definitely be back for more soon!
