I hardly ever have to right a review on places, but I got the shittest service when I was here with my friends. We ordered a small pizza, mozzarella sticks and bread and they forgot our order for like half and hour and charged us wrong for some of the items. The when we try to nicely confront them about it they seem very annoyed and rude. We try to get a refund for the food we didn’t order they only give us $ 2 back. Lastly pizza boy try’s to get all tough and follow one of my friends out when we leave cause he thought«he was talking shit». Calm down. Anyways shitty and rude customer service never coming back. And I don’t think you should either, might as well just order from Domino’s.

This is one of those places where the business owner doesn’t give a sh*t about you so asking to speak to the supervisor, manager, etc. if you have a bad experience is a waste of time. Don’t support businesses like this. There’s plenty of other pizza restaurants close by that will value you as a customer and that also have better quality menu items.

I went here back in high school(yes early 2000s) And enjoyed a delicious slice of pizza with ranch. RANCHWASTHATHANGBACKINTHEDAY, yep right after school. Over a decade later, the pizza was ok but service was quite pleasant from a youngster named Kenneth. He was quite hospitable and friendly. So give and take, pizza — A OK, service was great esp when I don’t feel like driving to Costco. Came back recently and pizza is still A OK, service sucked. Smh.

I love this place but they have very bad customer service, we ordered pizza and 1hr and 45 min later no pizza, we call and they hang up on us 3times. They tell us they going to call delivery man, then finally we talk to manager and pizza had it even left shop and they lied to us then finally talked to manager and we cancelled our order! It took close to 2hr later no pizza bad customer service!!!

Soooo this may actually be my 1st review ever. Whatever stupid profile I have, which I do, was created by suuuuch a dumb chick I was dating at the time. Bottom line, I love this place! Pizza is awesome, and their service is really amazing. Guys on the phone are so great. I feel weird doing this review about dudes but I don’t care. If u give a review of under 5 stars about a place like this then u are truly beyond help as a person.

Bad choice for lunch, had the single slice and salad with fountain drink. The price was good but the pizza not so much, slice of supreme it was cold and the dough tasted chalky. The ranch dressing was like old bottled ranch. Maybe a full size fresh ordered pizza pie is better but I wouldn’t do the single slice again.

Love coming to this place for lunch. The pizza is average but the lunch combo special is under $ 10 and the staff is always very friendly an accommodating. Also have beer on tap and homemade treats for dessert. Casual quiet and CLEAN.

Only went in to try out Top Class pizza because i had a coupon for a free slice and fountain drink. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza, slice of combo, ravioli bites, fountain drink and a cup of water. The cashier only handed me half my order. He forgot my slice of cheese and cup of water. I had to nag them for my slice of cheese and the cup of water I just took a loss with the cup of water and shared my son’s fountain drink. Took forever for my ravioli bites to the point I had to once again nag them about it being ready. 15 minutes passed finally came out. I will never be coming back to this place especially with so many other pizza restaurants nearby that is much better. Pieology, Giovanni’s pizza, Costco’s pizza, better tasting pizza and better service.

5 stars for pizza and wings Made fresh to order. Had the«classic» its pretty much a Margherita pizza but very delicious. Customer service was really good. However there was a small delay on my wings, they forgot to put them in. They made up for it by making it a full order of wings. I will definitely be back. It would have gotten 5 stars however because of wait time it only gets 4.

An hour and twenty minutes and still waiting for my pizza. We live .7 of a mile away. There shouldn’t be delays like this without first notifying the customer

This place was horrendous inside. All the tables were dirty(there was only 3 – 4 customers inside). The men’s bathroom was out of order and I was told to use the women’s. But that’s not the and part, the women’s sink was flooded with dark water and the floor was extremely dirty and there was water all around the floor outside the restrooms. On a side note. The pizza was okay 3−½ out of 5 but they didn’t even have them in a warmer just sitting inside the warmer with it off. If the pizza was warm it would have been great. After ordering, I started to look around the establishment. This is when I regretted ordering from here because a place that can’t keep there tables clean usually means they can’t keep their kitchen clean. I work at a restaurant, so I’m not picky. I let a lot of things slide because I know how a hectic restaurant runs. But if I can’t wash my hands after I use the restroom, there’s a problem with management. Your employees look young and maybe that’s why they’re unaware of things. But please tidy up your restaurant because your food was actually good.

This place is hidden in the plaza with gold’s gym, target and mochilato. I wish I knew that before I spent 15mins driving around trying to find it. :/ I was not greeted when I first walked in. I had ordered a full rack of ribs which took around 40mins to make… sort of ridiculous since I was the only customer… the place looked like it was being ran by uninterested careless college students. Tbh, I am only going to go to this place again because I made the mistake of buying gift certificates here($ 15 for $ 30 on ) and they are nonrefundable! However, the ribs tasted sort of good! I will say that!

So I gave them another shot. I called in my order this time since last time I added veggies to my pasta(which I paid for) yet didn’t receive. I told the girl that I would like to actually get veggies this time, and I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that they charged me for them. I know it’s only 50 cents… money isn’t the issue. The issue is that Top Class Pizza can’t get its F’n act together. They don’t value their customers and they don’t right their wrongs. Definitely going out of my way to spread the word on how shady these people are. They aren’t honest mistakes when they do nothing to fix it and make the customer happy. 50 cents you made, and lost several customers. Better put it in your savings account! Ha! Did I mention Two saucy broads has better quality pizza and they give an accurate time frame? They deliver too! Oh and so does larrys pizza, and their pizza is delicious, try the chefs special with ground beef instead of Canadian bacon from Larrys, you won’t regret it!

Called in our order — it was supposed to take 15 – 20 min. Got there in 20 min and she said it would be a few more minutes. Paid and waited outside since it was at least 100 degrees in there. Waited outside another 15 minutes and finally went to ask about it. They forgot to put a timer on our pizza and it burned. They offered to make us new, bigger pizza but we were over it and got a refund. There seems to be zero leadership here.

I personally got such great service i dont know what others are talking about. This place offers great deals with pizza and they are made on the go. Today, i came here specifically because of the game my friends and i wanted to watch. & they even let us turn up the volume! I think this place is the only place that allows to turn up the volume here in town center. Thanks to our server my friends and i had a great time talking about basketball and also enjoying our extra large hawaiian pizza! Will definitely come back to catch a game

When I think of calzones Top Class is my spot. I don’t really order them elsewhere so I can’t compare but I love the ones they make here. They also have pizza, pasta, salads, and sandwiches so I should expand my meal options but I am stuck on those calzones. The dough is cooked just right. It is so yummy with the marinara sauce they provide. The edges have a crisp to it and the middle is fluffy. I get mine with pepperoni and mushrooms with a side of ranch. I do wish they would add just a little more cheese. Prices have gone up since the last time I was there. The calzones are now $ 7.50 and come with one topping. They used to be $ 6.80 and would come with two toppings. So if you want an extra topping it’s $ 1.05 per topping, extra cheese is considered an extra too. They have a check in special for a free medium drink but during lunch the drink comes with the calzone as a special. Definitely recommend the calzones!

My co workers and I decided to have this place for lunch today. I have eaten here a couple times about a year ago, maybe longer. I would only come for the Calzones which I was in love with. We pulled out the menu that we had for them and wanted to call it in so it was ready for pick up. We looked over the menu and the Calzones had a special for a two topping Calzone for a lunch special. It also came with a free drink. Although when you check in here you get a free drink as well so I was planning on getting one any way. Our menu said it was a deal for $ 6.80 but the lady over the phone said the amount was $ 9.28 and it was a one topping special. My extra topping was a little over a $ 1. I guess we had an old menu and all their prices went up. I thought the price was a little expensive. If you want ranch they charge you an extra $.50. When we got there our food was ready and bagged. We each paid separately and got our drinks. The pink lemonade dispenser lever was broken because it would get stuck when the cup pushed it in and it wouldn’t stop coming out. The staff was nice they seemed busy running around every where. My Calzones was stuffed with mozzarella cheese, pineapple, pepporni, and red sauce. It was really good and had great flavor. I do remember when I was going there a year ago the Calzones were stuffed with more cheese and toppings were topped off better. I enjoyed it though! I haven’t tried anything else here like their pizzas. I think I tried a pasta but I cant remember which one. Maybe ill try the other stuff another time.

HUGE pizza slice and a cheese breadstick with either ranch or marinara for less than $ 6 = awesome quick lunch. You won’t be hungry the whole day. I get the veggie deluxe: onion, tomatos, green peppers, olives, mushroom… A delicious quality the generic pizza places can’t top. The people working here have always been pleasant in my experience. Glad to see nothing’s really changed since my last time here during high school.
