Don’t ever come here! I was hesitant looking at the bad score it had on Unilocal and this just completely justified those bad reviews. I ordered a number 1 combo(big mac meal) and waited about 10 minutes for it. Once I received it I noticed the fries were soggy and old so I asked for a newer batch. They never got back to me so I came up and asked where my food was at and a worker in the front rolled her eyes, mocked and copied me! I was angry so I started spewing profanities. They finally gave me my damn fries and I left. I left and was eating outside next to my car and one of the workers got off work I guess, pulled up to a red light, called me a faggot and subsequently drove off!!! What the hell is wrong with this place? I’ll be making a complaint to the BBB and will be contacting McDonalds. Don’t waste your money; drive to a better location.

Shitty customer service here. Not a great sign when you approach the counter and the cashier loudly says to their co-workers«Is it time to go home yet?» And I’m gonna go ahead and call out this waste of payroll employee. Her name is Joslyn. Didnt get better when, after helping my party pay, I was standing there to place my own order and this Joslyn girl just walks away. Ummm, okay? She comes back and says«Oh, were you ready to order?» So I begin to talk and then she abruptly stops me and says«Oh wait, I don’t have a register.» …ugh… So yeah, thanks for the fantastically shitty service.

The food was good I ordered a Sausage McGriddle, a hash brown and orange Juice is give it a 7.5÷10 for McDonald’s food. But what really irritated me is that when I asked for a water cup they never gave it to me and when they did she was really rude because I had to ask two times. The place was okay but they didn’t have much tables for a big group of people only for groups from 1 – 3.

McDonald’s on Chapman and Harbor in Downtown Fullerton: My sausage biscuit with egg was both sans sausage and sans egg. Really just a biscuit cut in half and wrapped up. What a fail. What am I to do? Call and complain to the manager? What’s that going to get me. Nobody is going to drive over a sandwich to me. And going forward I have to open up each sandwich to confirm I got what I ordered?

I came to have breakfast after class and I had the worst customer service by a cashier named Linda. She was extremely rude to me and the customers behind me. I understand it’s early in the morning but that not a good enough excuse to be rude. If she doesn’t want to deal with customers then she shouldn’t be on register.

Quick review here. …the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in! Very few customers, but about 5 people wandering around behind the counter and almost every table was dirty with trash on the floor. Really? ??? Get out there and clean! You want $ 15 /hr, earn it! !!

Tonight was my first time going and I purchased 3 frappuccinos. When I went to the window to pay I kindly asked if I could change one of the deals to an iced caramel and she just rolled her eyes at me she gestated on doing it. I wasn’t able to clearly read her name but I think it was Linda. I surely won’t be going there again due to terrible customer service.

Literally the worst service. They screwed up the most simple order. A mcgriddle combo with a Carmel frape! They tried to charge me for an apple fritter and were so confused. They never apologized for the inconvenience they were just more annoyed and didn’t want to deal with it. Horrible, will never go here again!

My wife and I came through the drive through tonight around 9pm. We ordered two salads and two smoothies. Upon reaching the pickup window we were asked to move forward to the BLUE line. I understand why this happens so I figured it would only take a couple of minutes. After almost 10 minutes and a number of cars behind me moving through with their order, I parked my car and got out, headed for the counter to see what the hold-up was. I was met at the door with a fellow who was finally bringing out our order. He said they had to make the salads. On a previous occasion and a different fast food establishment, our order was delayed. When they brought it out they included a small dessert item. Nothing expensive, just something that expresses the thought that they were sorry for the delay. The McDonald’s employee barely said anything. Just thankyou…

Wow– this location has a really bad reputation I suppose from looking at these reviews… I guess I had a different experience. The guy today taking my order really could not have been more pleasant… very friendly, smiled, the whole nine yards– I was impressed. Drive thru moved quickly despite the insane lunch rush caused by Fullerton High School. Only complaint is that they forgot«no pickles» on the cheeseburgers and wish they’d fill the drinks up all the way with less ice so you’re actually getting your moneys worth on your drink. But definitely not the experience that other Unilocalers have had here.

The service is terrible. I got in line right before 10:30 waited in line over 10 min and they wouldn’t serve me breakfast or accomadate me at all. The I ordered blended coffee through the drive through and when I got to the window he gave me an ice coffee. I told the server I ordered a blended coffee and he said no you didn’t I heard you and if you wanted a blended coffee this is how you should order it. They are just rude there and need to hire new management.

I’m here for the $ 1 diet coke — not really a fan of the food. I know, I know, the drink’s full of chemicals that’ll eff you up, but it’s my one true vice, so I’ll take it. The service is pretty average; I’m not expecting great things for minimum wage workers that have to deal with cars full of people wanting their Big Macs ‘just so.’ I give ‘em props for sticking it out and having my Diet Coke, especially when it’s damned hot outside! Boyfriend lives for the return of the McRib. Disgusting, but true.

Free wi fi cheap food and its clean the employees kind of suck– but it’s McDonalds and most people who work for minimum wage are super motivated. You want a great service experience go to the cellar– and bring your wallet not the change from your car floor.
