Impressive Screen Works

First and foremost I would have to say I am never doing business with them again.
It was a Wednesday and I had put in an order of 4 sweaters being exactly the same. With each one having a 3 inch screen printed logo on the right chest and an embroidery on the lower bottom of the back with my name. I had asked Tim which time would be convenient to him since I needed them the next Friday. He said clearly, one week. So I came in on that Wednesday and he told me that it would be done «tomorrow». I was a little disappointed, but was willing to be nice and come back the next day. Though I was not able to pick it up myself since I was working all day, my boyfriend was able to do so and when he did, he called me right away saying that Tim had messed up on my name. Instead of «Jeannette» he put «Jeann ette» with a gap in between the «N» and the «E». I was furious so I called the store myself and told him that there is no way that I am going to pay the full price that he told me to pay and to fix it by the time I was to go in to the store (two days after the day I was told it would be available). I come in, looked at Tim and he gave me the four sweaters. BUT WAIT, it gets better. THEY’RE NOT EVEN MY SWEATERS! Apparently, he couldn’t «fix» what he messed up on and went and bought four black crew necks and started over. They weren’t even close to the quality that I had chosen to begin with. ANGRY? Beyond that. And also he tried to be defensive about it and say that he never agreed to it being only a week. HE LIED. I have the paper in which he wrote the date it would be finished. HA.
I will never step foot into this place again. It looks like Hoarders need to do a filming there ASAP.

I am shocked this company has any positive reviews. (Most likely from family of the company.) But this was the worst business I have ever seen.
Upon entering the business for the first time, one would think they are in an episode of «Hoarders». There are papers and books shoved everywhere. Things just piled on top of each other. There is no room to walk. It’s dirty, hot, and crowded. One of the employees had his shirt off it was so hot.
The staff isn’t good at communicating at all. There is nothing professional about the experience from how they take an order (writing it in scribble on a scratch piece of paper), to how they store their product (piled on top of each other in the disgusting office.)
As for the quality of the product, yes the printing was what you would expect. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad. I could swear some of the prints are off center, but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. The print is a ³⁄₅ stars, but the business is terrible so it brings it down to a 1.
The worst part of it, I was quoted a week and a half for all my items to be done. I call a week and a half later to find no answer on the phone. After a few days, finally got an answer. «Hello?» It was just an unprofessional «hello»! I thought I had the wrong number. I had to ask «Is this Impressive Screenworks?» to which he replied «Yeah.» It was terrible. I then asked if my clothes were done (3 days past my estimated delivery). To which he told me it would be another week! Okay, we’ll I figured that I could deal with it. I’ll wait. Come one week later, I call to find no answer again. Oh but when he finally does answer, it’s another week out! At this point we are nearing a month to deliver my medium sized order!

This is the best place ever to have t-​shirts printed or embroidery done. Tim is fabulous and always accommodating to your needs. The work is always of excellent quality with the best prices that can’t be beat! Stop looking. Impressive Screen Works is the best. We have been having shirts printed for almost ten years now!

I went here to have some screens made so i could make t-​shirts at home and he said they would be ready the next day however when i called he said they wouldn’t be ready for a couple more days, No big deal but after that he said the same thing again. Finally i want down there (25 mile drive) he still hadn’t done a thing and swore they would be ready the next day at 3pm. I showed up at 3:15 and he was nowhere to be found and wouldn’t answer the phone i waited 45 min for him and he never showed. I would never use this place again nor would i ever recommend it to anyone.

This is the BEST screen printing company I have ever worked with! The owner (Tim) will go out of his way to help you, and is always thinking of ways to serve you better to make your desired results come to life. He has helped me redesign graphics, taken orders that I need rushed, and even dropped off orders when I was in a time crunch. And everything I’ve had done there has been at an unbeatable price! They are just an all around great company, always going out of their way to serve their customers with integrity.
