Cool Box Portable Storage

This was my first experience renting a storage pod. We remodeled a couple rooms in our home so we needed to remove all furniture, accessories, and knickknacks. I dreaded this process but Cool Box made it so easy. Our things were still right there in our driveway. The delivery and pick up of the storage container went so smoothly. The driver was very friendly, helpful, and experienced. I was actually very impressed. Even though the main office that calls you to set it all up is in Tuscon, AR., the local company and units are in Fullerton. I would highly recommend this storage company to any of my friends and I will definitely use them again when we start the remodel on the other rooms in our house.

Cool Box was very good to me! They dropped and picked up everything on time and also gave me an extra day free to get my stuff out. Very professional and are willing to help you make your move stress free as long as you communicate with them like we did. That extra day really helped us and not worrying about being charged another month was really nice! Thank you cool box I will recommend you to everyone I know!

After calling around for competitive pricing, Cool Box was the cheapest with no additional/​hidden fees. The Customer service is very helpful and professional. If your drop off and Pick up location is within 30 miles then delivery is FREE! Other place’s charged around $ 80.00+ for P/​U and D/​O. Our belongings didn’t even shift which means our box was handled with care. As I unpacked our clothes and towels I noticed there wasn’t an odor like I’ve had in the past at regular storage facilities. If you plan ahead then scheduling is accommodating (don’t call a day before you need the box… they are very busy and probably won’t have one available) I called three weeks ahead of our final drop off and Pick up day and they were able to D/​O and P/​U in the same day which saved us $ 100.00 City Permit fee we would of had to pay for having it on the Street. Thank you COOL BOX for making our Stressful move EASY!

**All of the Cool Box Companies across the nation are run out of Tucson, Arizona and share the same policies.
Don’t even think about switching from a «normal» conveniently located, storage facility. The ONLY person I’ve dealt with in this company who isn’t «troubled and unprofessional» is Ryan, who transported my furnishing from Public Storage to their storage area. He was totally accommodating, professional and an all around cool, patient guy.
Since then, I have had nothing but problems with the office staff in Tuscon. They make rules as they go along and don’t feel they have to send an email reminder nor invoice for payment. My payment date is the 9^th, not the 1^st or 15^th and I’m busy and forget. They wait till after the 5 day late fee period and then say that I didn’t request an invoice be sent. What? Do they receive some kind of financial reward for this?
Then when I said, that since I was going to be charged a late fee of $ 50, I would pay them when I FELT like it. They sent 5 months of invoices, (no late charge fees noted), and charged the credit card I had on file WITHOUT my permission. They claim they can do this per the contract. Question. If they were lawfully allowed, why didn’t they charge my card before late charges were applied and why isn’t a late fee listed on the invoices. I’m filing with the BBB and contacting the IRS.
I have asked on numerous occasions for the address of the owner of the business or general manager of operations so I could write a letter. I’ve been told again and again that they cannot provide that information. ???
I NEVER thought I’d say this, but Cool Box makes Public Storage look like saints.

Cool Box has been great. Easy to work with when ordering and great follow up and communication. They call to confirm delivery, then driver calls to verify and confirm so you know when they will arrive and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Plus, I did alot of research and they have better prices than most out there too.
Highly recommend them and let my agent know about them for other clients too.
