Ameritek ID Livescan Fingerprinting

Does not take appointments so that was very conflicting with my schedule. Location was hard to find and also hard to find parking. The gentleman on the phone was not very personable and it was a little unprofessional. Inside the building was not particularly clean or professional either. I would recommend another place.

The guy on the phone is a total jerk. He is rude and acts like you are in being a inconvenience for calling. I would never go there just because of him. Take your business elsewhere. I sure hope he is not the owner.

I did not go to this place only because the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful! Now that i have read all of the comments below I see that it is not just me that feels this way! I asked very simple questions and I knew exactly what I needed and he spoke to me like i knew nothing! Will never consider going to this place whatsoever!

This place sucks… first off the guy who answers the phone has an attitude and is rude… secondly his office is a bitch to find… n thirdly he never shows up at the hours posted… do urself a favor n go somewhere else where ur treated w courtesy n respect otherwise ur wasting ur time dealing w this mofo.

It cost me $ 54 (with credit card, $ 52 with cash) for life scan… how much you spend?
I waited for 30 mins…

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have known this place would be a waste of my time when I called and spoke to a guy who clearly had no phone manners. I only wish I had looked up these reviews before I made an appt and went in today. So I made an appt for 3:30 and was not impressed when I walked in and saw the dingy office (it’s using space at a small law office). After 20 mins of patient waiting I began to look this place up and read the reviews. After 30 mins still no sign of the guy. I decided to leave and find another service. This guy already sounded unprofessional and rude enough on the phone I’m sure he wouldn’t have been much better in person. I’m only concerned that this company is linked to so many sites and the website itself looks legit. Don’t be fooled by the website and don’t waste your time!!!

This was a terrible experience. I had to get my Live Scan done asap so I just Googled the closest place near my house that did walk ins. They advertise as being available from 10:00am to 5:00pm but the Live Scan guy wasn’t there when I arrived at 10:50am. The receptionist informed me that I would only need to wait 15 minutes, but after a half hour of sitting on crappy pleather couches and listening to obnoxiously loud Spanish music, he still never showed up. I asked the receptionist to call him and she said it would be another 20 minutes before he even showed up. You think the people who work out of lawyer’s office would understand false advertising. I left and went somewhere else. Never again. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place had the worst customer service ever. I came here to get my fingerprinting done for a new job I acquired.
Right when I walked in the guy asked me what I needed and I told him that I was there for my fingerprinting. He ROLLED his eyes at me and said «Ok well that costs $ 40. Do you have $ 40?» (That’s a pretty strange way to talk to a customer.) Anyway, I said yes and then he took me to the back room and did my fingerprinting for me.
The process itself didn’t take too long but the service was terrible and it made me, as a customer, feel extremely uncomfortable that he seemed to be annoyed that I came in. Maybe that’s why this place was completely empty.

this service is the WORST ever, didnt have any responsible at all.
