We went to dinner it was not busy at all and i no why. She brought us the wrong pizza after waiting for ever to get it then told us you didn’t order that then she come back and said oh i must of hit the wrong button. SMH Your pizza’s are not even normal size and are way over priced. I have been here 2 maybe 3 times and i will never go back. Im doing this review to save you some money, if you want a good pizza a good price don’t go here.

Had a great experience here tonight with our two children, ages 2&10. Our assigned waiter was busy singing to another table(yes, they sing here!) but another person took our drink order. Then, the manager stopped by our table to take our order. Our 2 year old was out of sorts, and the manager saved our evening. He was very patient, brought baseball cards, suggested the kids make-your-own pizza, and gave our 10 year old great pizza making tips. My husband & I ordered salads — him the Cobb and me the fresh greens with blueberries and goat cheese. The salads were perfect dinner entrée size(good to share if you order a pizza too). The blueberries were a little scarce on my salad but the dressing made up for it. The boys loved their pizzas. The highlight of the meal was definitely the service from the manager — sorry I didn’t ask his name again. Good family restaurant & good value.

My mother and I were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter attended to us shortly after being seated. The wait time for our food was pretty good. I was a bit disappointed that my server couldn’t tell me the difference between two of their deals that offered similar items. Nothing spectacular about this place but pretty good pizza. The Cobb salad was yummy as well. My mother order the chicken club sandwich that she enjoyed.

While I love the crust and pizza. We ordered a pizza for pick up. When we got there the lady helping us was frazzled. She finally got the pizza I reminded her about marinara and ranch. She did not gove me a recipt. And low and behold when we got back to our hotel the pizza was completely wrong. Not at all what we ordered. At $ 22.00 for a ten inch pizza it was dissapointing that it was all wrong.

Today is the first time I can truly say I have a serious complaint. I have been going to this Uno’s in Fort Worth for over 20 years the majority of the time for lunch. I order To Go a lot. .. I really like their Honey Crisp Chicken Salad… One of their servers is not very friendly(bad experience with him the last time as our server) and apparently he is a singer as well. He is actually really good — I have heard him sing Happy Birthday and it was great. So the fact that he sings is not my complaint. My complaint is today he sang song after song and got so loud no one could carry on a conversation. I was trying to have a business conversation over lunch and this waiter was so loud we could not converse. When I asked to speak to the manager he was semi-sympathetic and the other employees who heard my comments were rude and kept giving me dirty looks and making snide comments. Extremely unprofessional. On top of the fact that this waiter had other customers that were not getting any service at all. We watched one table get up and walk out shaking their heads. This is NOT what I have come to expect from Uno’s and their management, of which I have been friendly with for the entire time I have been eating there. The table right behind us expressed the exact same concerns and were treated with as much disdain as we were. EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED

For a Chicago style deep dish pizza and Uno fans, this place is legit. I have had several meetups and they squeezed 20 of us in the restaurant as we all enjoyed our favorite Chicago classic pies. Love the menu with a variety of dishes. the sauce is what makes the pizza pie. a must try for all Texans.

I took my boyfriend to Sundance Square for his birthday to see Four Day Weekend and we decided to stop at Uno’s. Wonderful food, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Our waiter, Ben?, was wonderful. He kept our leftovers for us when we went to see the show and through in a free desert for my boyfriend. All in all, a very good experience.

Normally I love the Uno’s chain, but this location was not up to standards. Tried to order online but couldn’t get the option to work. The pizza I got was not as I ordered it, and the crust was extremely doughy. We couldn’t even finish it. I gave it two stars instead of one because at least the staff I encountered were friendly. Will not be back.

Stopped in as I was just visiting Ft.Worth. I ordered the 2 for $ 12 special. I had the buffalo chicken salad with bleu cheese. Basically a boneless chicken strip on a small bed of chopped house salad. The bleu cheese dressing saved it and made it delish. My 2nd selection was the personal Chicago classic pizza. OMG where do I start. The cheese was elastic and could actually taste it. The crust was crisp and flaky. The sauce was chunky and fresh. Our bartender/server Jason was spot on and friendly.

Visited this past weekend while doing a scavenger hunt in downtown FW. I’ve been to Reata a few times but never to Uno’s so I was excited to try the place out, especially since I grew up in Chicago(city, not the suburbs) and hadn’t had it in a while. We came in at about 3 and were seated promptly. We ordered the número uno deep dish pizza which comes with peppers, onions, meat, etc. The larger size is supposed to feed 2 – 3 but in our opinion that was a bit of a stretch. While tasty and enough to sate our hunger, the pizza lacked the depth and heartiness of authentic deep dish pizza. More cheese, ingredients, and a thicker layer of sauce on the top would have made that pie a winner. Our server was good and our blue moon beers were $ 5, a part of a $ 5 special. Bathrooms are functional but definitely in need of improvements and are located in kind of a strange place, in the back of the restaurant through a mysterious door and into a stark white hallway near either a kitchen or supply room of some sort. Overall glad I had the chance to stop by.

Imagine paying $ 16 to eat michelina’s in a Waffle House. I would rate it lower but the pizza wasn’t as bad as the pasta and some guy sang opera which was interesting… The first time he did it. Other than that this place is awful and I was thoroughly disappointed, I used to think this place was cool before I came. I guess I should just be patient and accept the 45 minute wait at Cheesecake Factory next time.

With just a-little more effort these guys would earn 4 stars. The pizza is very good. I’ve never been a fan of deep dish but they do it right. The service seems to be hit and miss and the atmosphere and décor is tired. The whole place just needs a little more energy. But if you are downtown Ft Worth and want pizza you could do worse.

Still good pizza. My last deep dish was at Gino’s East in San Antonio over the summer, and Uno’s edged Gino’s out, plus was 25% cheaper. Sign up for their email club and get a free mini-dessert. Their PB sundae was awesome– get the full size.

Not much to say except that the food just ok. I ordered two items: a goat cheese and walnut salad and the Farmer’s Market pizza. As soon as I got the salad, I knew it was going to be awful. It was over-saturated with dressing which completely killed any other flavor. Seriously? How hard is it to keep the dressing light and offer a side of dressing for those that like to flood their salad. As for the pizza, it wasn’t anything special. It’s not even worth mentioning. Next time you’re in Fort Worth, avoid this place if you crave pizza. I saw the reviews beforehand but my stubborn coworkers were hungry.

We had a craving for some deep dish pizza one day so we made the trek out to Ft. Worth to try out Uno’s. Parking looked like it can be a challenge but we got lucky and found a spot on the street a block away. When we walked in, nobody was in there so we pretty much had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Our server, Angellika, was friendly and prompt. She got our orders in and food out quickly. We had the Chicago classic deep dish which was basically a meat lovers type pizza. It was very tasty. The crust was very doughy, which isn’t my preference… so I set that part aside. My daughter had the create your own kids pizza, which she loved doing. I think next time, we don’t get her a separate kids meal because we had so much pizza left over from ours that we ended up leaving it there so we weren’t going straight home afterwards. Boo. Now why only 3 stars? The restaurant itself just wasn’t very clean. Our table and chairs were sticky, they had to wipe them down. When I looked on the floor, there was a half slice of pizza under my foot… great. Bathrooms were dirty. Ugh. I just really hope the kitchen is waaaaay cleaner than the rest of the place.

I like this location located in the heart of sundance square. It has been around as far as I can remember. Usually I would come for dinner then walk around downtown. I love pizza and this is one of the places to go if you want a Chicago style deep dish pizza! I usually order my favorite pepperoni deep dish pizza. Super delicious. The staff was great, the food was awesome, the location of the place is the best.

Walked in thinking this was a nice Italian place. We ordered drinks and my red wine was served cold. Starting browsing the menu and it just didn’t look good. Very chain restaurant style. If you have seen the movie«Waiting» this was Shenanigans. We decided to share the beer my husband got and leave the cold wine to eat elsewhere. The place we went was super duper BTW

The waiter Darrin C. was honest with us about what was the best thing to order. The deep dish numero Uno was perfect for our family of four. The raspberry lemonade was a bit tart but enjoyable after the ice melted. We did find a torn brown paper towel in my salad. I sent it back with no replacement wanted.

My family of 4 and I came on a Friday after lunch, we were quickly seated and our drink order was taken shortly after. It was quiet when we first walked in but there were two hostesses who were very attentive and engaged our children as soon as we walked in offering one a craft bracelet. My husband and I ordered a build your own deep dish with spinach, roasted red peppers and sausage. It came out hot and fresh! Our kids ordered the build your own pizza and aside from them enjoying the process they really liked their pizza! Everything was so good and the service was great! Jelly was our waitress and she was quick and very friendly! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

My husband, my daughter and I went to dinner here tonight. We have visited this location many times before without a problem. Unfortunately, our visit was not great this time. We walked in and were seated immediately, which was great for a Friday night. It took awhile for a waiter to show up and when he finally did, he acted rushed and was short with us taking our drink order. He came back quickly with the drinks, set them down and hurried off. We wait awhile and he comes back to take our order and impatiently asks what we want. He rushes off again and we don’t see him again until we are halfway through our meal. We had no silverware so we took some off the next table because we couldn’t seem to catch the eye of anyone who worked there. My husband got the Alfredo tortellini dish, which he took one bite of and decided he didn’t want anymore. So I tried it. The pasta was very bland and the Alfredo sauce tasted low quality. We left the mostly uneaten pasta alone and ate our pizza. His deep dish classic was good. I had the prosciutto pizza and the fresh basil on top was nice, however the dough was not fully cooked. My daughter had the mushroom flatbread(new to us on the menu) and she seemed to enjoy it but only ate one piece. She said it was really filling. We would’ve had her order a half size, had we known how big it was. Our waiter was not forthcoming on educating us about menu items. Finally our waiter comes back and checks on us, asking how everything is and we barely got an answer out before he walked away. He had not noticed that not a lot of our food had been eaten. Now, it wasn’t that busy in the restaurant and I understand the pressures of balancing tables on a busy night, however this was not the case and we saw no reason to be treated in this way. We have crossed this Downtown staple off of our list of places to go, there are plenty of restaurants that care about their customers and take pride in the food they serve. We would have said something before we left but we could not determine who the floor manager was at the time, as it seemed everyone working would’ve rather been somewhere else.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for years since hearing about the original pizza in Chicago on the Food Network. Since I was in Fort Worth that evening I went in. This place can be quite busy. I ordered the Número Uno which consisted of sausage, pepperoni, pepper, onions, mushrooms and chunky tomato sauce. This was new to me and even though I loved the toppings and all the crust was a little too think but hey it’s a deep dish so to be expected. The small pizza that serves one was $ 12 and I ordered a side Caesar salad and a very nice raspberry lemonade. The atmosphere is busy but not overwhelming. Wait staff are great and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this restaurant and hope I can try them again soon considering the large menu with so many choices.

Made reservations for 6:30pm. Got seated at 6:40pm. Place orders at 6:50pm. Get told that half our order was lost at 7:35pm. Have to change orders for 3 people at our table in order to eat and make it to the ballet by 8pm. –_-’ The food was… OK. The manager compt food, and the waitress was very VERY nice. Luckily, we made it to our show on time, but I don’t believe we will be going here again.

I came here last month(November 21st), because I was in town for a conference and the restaurant was right across the street from my hotel. I’d actually heard good things about Uno’s Chicago, so I thought that this location would live up to its name. I was quite wrong. I ordered the flat bread pizza appetizer(half cheese and tomato) and the chicken spinnoccoli. The pizza was so gross. I ate one slice and wanted to spit it out. The crust was soggy, but the toppings were burnt, which doesn’t quite make sense. I felt my forehead to make sure that I wasn’t running a fever or something, because surely this place wouldn’t serve some nasty pizza, but my temp was normal. The spinnoccoli, sounds good in theory. It’s a chicken breast that’s stuffed with cheese, spinach and broccoli and topped with more cheese and a tomato sauce. It’s served on top of penne pasta that’s been tossed in a creamy basil pesto sauce. This, too, was disgusting. The chicken, although stuffed with cheesy goodness, didn’t taste like anything. After cutting into it, some places were pink, so the chicken wasn’t cooked through all the way in certain areas. On top of that, the pasta was dreadfully over cooked. Every time I stabbed into the penne with my fork(my PLASTIC fork), it fell apart. It was sticky and soggy. The basil pesto cream sauce was not good either, which really pissed me off, because I love a good basil pesto cream sauce. At the end of my half eaten meal, the best part about what I ordered was my bottled water and soda. It was late and I was too tired to call and complain. I threw my food away and kicked myself for not ordering room service. Unilocal requires that we provide at least one star, but the only reason that I’m not opposed to that for this review is that the woman who took my order and checked me out was very friendly.

HORRIBLESERVICE ! I came in just a couple of hours ago with my boyfriend we were really looking forward to this place. Our waitress didn’t introduce herself but that’s not that big of a problem 1. We ordered appetizers and she didn’t even give us time to finish it before we knew it our entrees were given to us ! Like could she have waited until we were finished ? And the our biggest pet peeve was that she literally rushed us out of there ! She gave us the check without us even asking for it we weren’t even finished with our entrée or our appetizer and she would come back asking if we were ready to pay ! Like who does that ? We wanted dessert but we just didn’t want to put up with her we were literally being rushed !!! Our experience was horrible just horrible I give it one star for their pizza it was really good I recommend it.

Returned to Uno’s on Friday night with hubby Ross and friend Joe. We had the pleasure of having Jared as our server and he was awesome! Friendly, spot on with drink recommendations and diligent without being intrusive. Great experience due mostly to him… thanks Jared! Stared with chips, salsa and guac. Average on all fronts, but who expected killer salsa at a pizza place? Ross ordered the clam chowder, which comes with a free refill. He had several of the specialty drinks and Jared steered him away from one he was considering and hooked him up with one he really enjoyed. Go Jared! Joe and I each got a salad to start. His was the house and mine was the wedge. The house was standard but good. Ranch dressing was the usual. My wedge was good, with bacon, Gorgonzola and ranch. I couldn’t eat the middle light green/yellow part because I personally find that bitter, but I demolished the rest. Joe ordered an individual Número Uno, and subbed hamburger for the sausage. I got the same, minus mushrooms and added extra cheese. Joe made it through three slices and I managed two. Had one leftover today, in the toaster oven, and it reheated quite well. So glad we decided to return after our last less than stellar visit, because this time was excellent! As an aside, the manager and corporate folks called me after my last review and despite my insisting it was not necessary, send me some gift certificates. Great customer service on a local and chain level… much appreciated!

I was very impressed with UNOs urgency to make my first experience right. After the poor experience I had, they contacted me to give them another shot and I’m glad I did. My boyfriend and I went back there for dinner tonight, and it was excellent. I had the 2 for $ 12 which included a wedge salad and flatbread. The flat bread was delicious, the service was prompt, and overall we had a great time. He’s doing the whole30 diet and they had foods which could cater to his needs as well and they got all of his requests right. The only thing I would suggest would be switching out the breadsticks. He received the same one with his salad I received the first time and I was cold and hard. Definitely a stand up company.

This chain of Uno’s met my expectations regarding food and exceeding my expectations with regard to customer service. This location is located at one end of Houston Street in downtown Fort Worth and across the street from a very popular Mexican restaurant. Entering into Uno’s on a busy Saturday late evening, I knew that the space would appear to be slightly tight. I would compare it to an Uno’s in DFW airport or Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport. The bar seats seem to be slightly closer to the aisle(where you may get bumped accidently by a passing patron) and the table seats just a bit tighter. But what can you or Uno’s do? Again, I knew this going in. Draft beer(I tried the Rebel IPA) was very hoppy, yet I wasn’t surprised. For a pizzeria, it should be! My wife’s red sangria, although made the night before, unfortunately didn’t meet her expectations. The male server that doubled as the bartender promptly replaced her drink order with a margarita, which I must say, tasted phenomenal after taste-testing it. The appetizer of the chips and queso dip(or something comparable) went over very well, as did the entrée. The wife and I decided to split a three-topping flat bread as opposed to ordering a deep dish pizza. The flat bread contained pepperoni, chicken, and a green vegetable. Amazingly enough, this flat bread was very crisp as opposed to chewy. So nourishing was this flat bread that I couldn’t finish it all. This was a good thing, considered that the two of us took a long walk through and around Sundance Square afterward without the feeling of having heartburn. Our server was awesome, and made some great recommendations of where to park and come into Uno’s on the weekends. I greatly appreciated him going the extra mile in making our venture to Uno’s memorable. For the price,(about $ 43 before tip for two people), this was expected for 4 drinks, 1 appetizer and 1 entrée. Again, not bad. I’ll certainly come back to dine at this Uno’s in the future.
