Not bad! Friendly owner! I just had a craving for cannolis and they didn’t disappoint!

Picchi Pacchi is one of my favorite pizza places downtown! The delivery drivers are always friendly and the food is delicious!

Surprised this place only has three stars. Lunch is probably different then dinner or a game. The Food was flavorful they have a scratch kitchen on anything can be made vegetarian or vegan. service was friendly and the waitress weren’t bad on the eyes. My Sonia was my server she was great checked on my a bunch of time I didn’t even realize she was pregnant until I was leaving. Next Time I came back to the area I’ll be back.

Was ok. Received great service. Staff was friendly. Had thin crust cheese crust pizza. Not lots of flavor but the crust was cooked to perfection. Just personal taste. My kid had spaghetti & meatballs. She enjoyed.

This place is so bad I wouldn’t wish a visit here on my worst enemy. The owner is a complete a$$hole. He makes the soup nazi look like Mr. Rogers. I went in for lunch and ordered the Chicken Marsala. While waiting I got a call and had to get it to go instead of eating there. When I asked for a takeout box the owner scowled at me, told me he didn’t like my attitude, and handed me a tiny styrofoam box. I asked if he had something big enough to put the food in and he refused, saying that the little container was all he would give me. Then he tells me that in addition to not approving of my attitude, he doesn’t like my sunglasses. I asked again for a container but he still refused. Instead he grabbed my plate and had someone put it in a to go bag for me. The entire time he is scolding me because of the way I look, «my attitude» and because I dared to ask for takeout. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. I can’t believe this guy is in business. I’m embarrassed that they are part of downtown Fort Worth. Oh yeah, the Chicken Marsala was marginal. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or just don’t eat.

Average place. Good pizza but the service is bad. The person serving the pizza was a bit rude. A friend ordered a pizza and the other one wanted to use the restroom and they gave us a blunt no stating that only people who order and eat can use the restroom.

Walked in on New years eve. One family sitting on one table. Two more tables had couples. One man was making pizza another was preparing a salad. I wasn’t sure where to place my order because I stood at front where the pizzas were for 10 min and 5 min at the register till I went back and asked the man making the pizza where to order. They saw me but didn’t say anything the whole time. Ordered: one slice of veggie pizza and bottled water. Review: Location is great. It was oily and ok. Went to pay and this women with red hair took my car but I felt like maybe they didn’t want to be there. Verdict: It was 7pm on NYs eve so I can understand the subpar service. The ladies hair color was gorgeou. The pizza was only ok. I wouldn’t go back for the food. Bathroom: upstairs, requires a code, dirty. Verdict: Pizza was meh.

Very good, little pricey. Great atmosphere and excellent food. Stromboli was good. Stupid app wants a longer review, don’t really know what else to say so now I’m just writing whatever comes to mind in order to make this review long enough.

We came on a busy downtown evening, so we expected a wait, which was fine. What we didn’t expect was the rudeness of the employees. The guy in charge was arguing loudly with a paying customer and repeatedly talked about how tired he was. I can understand that, but there is no reason to be do curt with everyone one. Hint: the customers are a reason that you have a business. Try thanking some of them rather than being so rude. The pizza was okay, but I’d rather go somewhere where I felt appreciated as a customer.

The food is sub par quality to that of a slice of pizza from the mall, but not as tasty and costs more around $ 5.00. The service which our experience was horrible. Long unorganized lines. The owner is disrespectful, unappreciative, and talks down to the customers. ****warning! make sure to use the bathroom before entering the restaurant, they have security that guards the bathrooms until you make a purchase!

I used to eat here all the time when i worked downtown and it was good. They made the best pizzas. We went today and not only was the food meh, the owner(?) was very rude. We asked for an empty plate and he charged us $ 5 for it. He tried arguing with us about it too. A little bit later a couple walked in and wanted to share a bottled water. They wouldn’t allow them to share a drink. I’m sorry if i have paid for food i shouldn’t have to pay for an empty plate. Especially when that coat more than some of their menu items.

Affordable pizza by the slice and other Italian goodies, including some really good salads. I had the Picchi Pacchi salad with gyro meat and it was delicious! Everyone should calm down about the bouncer being there at night. This place gets a ton of drunk traffic and he’s there to keep everyone safe. At lunchtime they place symphony music, the place is spotless and every table has salt, pepper and crushed red pepper shakers that are not chained down.

My son had stopped in a few times and he recommended that I try out Picchi Pacchi. We stopped in while we were on a hundred hour wait list for a table at The Cheesecake Factory. I was concerned that I might starve to death and there was plenty of available seating upstairs and downstairs at the pizza joint. I liked the food and service. Their staff was pretty laid back and friendly. We took our order upstairs and it was like having a private dining room. We had the whole place up there to ourselves. I will definitely be back.

Lots of people comment on their customer service. I agree that the workers DON’T SEEMTOHAVEANYPATIENCE(at any time of the day), are on edge, and seem rude. I understand the pressure of a lunch rush but come on, I didn’t even go during lunch. I went at a time that was not busy at all and the worker who greeted us at the beginning of the food line/counter was VERYIMPATIENT. I had never gone before and was looking at the entire menu, as well as the pizzas they already had out. He must have asked us what we wanted 5 times in a row, one question after the next. There was a pizza with only veggies out and I asked what kind it was. He stated spinach, mushroom, and tomato. I will review this below. I could see the ingredients so I assumed he would’ve told me if it was their specific«veggie pizza» from the menu or not but my my. My mistake for not asking a specific question haha. Once you order, they put the slice back into the oven for a second and you move down to pay. They have a $ 5MINIMUMTOUSECREDITCARDS, which I always state is so annoying by business owners. I get they have to pay fees associated with using credit cards and blah blah blah but try another method for making up for the fees. Gesh. Their pizzas are a decent size and you’ll pay around ~4 for one. I think the cheese pizza is the cheapest at $ 3.50. They have several other pasta dishes, pizza rolls/calzones, and etc. for ~$ 8.99.

A huge«turd» toned security guard/aka custodian refused to let our very pregnant friend use the bathrooms, he was sweating profusely while pacing around the dinning room glaring at us with a disgusted look on his smushed in face. The pizza tastes like a mix between the worst NY Style pizza possible and human anus. It smelt like rotting poop in the dinning room I assume it was coming from Larry the security custodian. The cheesecake originally nice flavor but mid way through we found a huge clump of human hair, they refused to do anything about the poop smell or the human hair. Wondering were the poop aroma was coming from if bathrooms aren’t aloud to be used… Surely they well be out of business and replaced by a Pizza Hut with in the month.

I LOVE this place!!! First off the important thing the food. It’s good, really good. The pizza crust is crunchy and has a good taste on its own, they use a good cheese and sauce, the ingredients are fresh, It’s not rocket science it’s pizza, and for good pizza that does not taste like the nasty chain stuff, it rocks. Secondly, I dig the vibe, their not there to kiss your butt and bless your heart, they ARE there to serve you good food in a timely manner and get you on your way. I appreciate the simple no fuss, no fake conversation, business transaction. Please and thank you suites them and me just fine. I don’t know if their from New York but if you have never been, this is what NY is like, «ain’t got time, move along». I’m there for food, if I want small talk I’ll go to Starbucks. Thirdly, not enough people appreciate the position Picchi is in. Downtown lunchtime is a mad house, and Picchi is very proficient in moving people in and out quickly and it’s appreciated by the 1 hour for lunch crowd. Then they have to deal with the«bar» crowd. If they didn’t like what they do they wouldn’t be there and if you don’t like how they have to deal with the sheer volume they do, you don’t have to be there either. But you would be missing out on some REALLY great food. If you want kid friendly, cater to your every whim, listen to you whine, and shake in fear at your disapproval, go to Chucky Cheese or Cicis.

Pizza quality itself is ok. People who work there are cordial. But a few things are very offsetting. Number one — they have a bouncer. First question is, «why?» It’s not a club. It has nice décor. It is not a «slummy» place. Not only did he regulate who used the bathroom, but he was telling people where they could and couldn’t sit. If you want business, this is not the way to attract it. And even if you are busy, which they weren’t, this is not the way to manage a business. Second, I love crushed red peppers on my pizza. When looking for it I found it chained to the counter. Really? Crushed red pepper is not expensive, and when you have it chained to the counter it just portrays a complete lack of class. If you are really that concerned about crushed red pepper, I take that as an insult because you are assuming I want to steal your $ 2 can of crushed red pepper and do not give me the respect I deserve as a customer. In summary, I came here with friends, and while the pizza was decent I won’t be coming back any time soon. Avoid if you can.

Lousy customer service today. I ordered two slices of pepperoni CRISPY. When I got them they were saggy undercooked slices of pizza. When I asked if he thought they were cooked he didn’t take the time to look at the dough. He wasn’t interested in doing anything about it, was argumentative, so u just turned around and left. $ 9 for nothing!

Don’t get me wrong, when you are out late or can’t sleep and you want food in Sundance Square, this place is open till 3am! Like many others have said in reviews, the staff have a very low tolerance and are a little on edge and I understand how they can come across rude at times. However, they do typically deal with Drunk people this late at night. They know what they are doing when it comes to pizza by the slice. They serve it hot and fresh. Taste is spot on, but it is not the best you can find. The spot is very trendy and a nice place to grab a slice. We were very disappointed in their desert options and taste. Very plain with a hint of refrigerator. Stick to their pizza by the slice and you’ll be happy.

Colleague ate here the other night & suggested we go for lunch today. Quite the line for lunch time w/about 15 people deep. There was one guy taking orders, making pizza, warming pizza, & calling out orders. This guy was making it all happen & not even breaking a sweat! We ordered pizza that was freshly being made & well worth the wait! So tasty, just like from back east. $ 3 for a large piece of cheese pizza & $ 3.50 for pepperoni. Not bad for a tasty treat! While waiting in line the Strambolis were looking tasty as well as they were HUGE! Everything is freshly made & goes as quickly as it is made. Def a good spot to hit for lunch as it is worth the wait.
