Great pizza and pasta! The staff is wonderful and so very friendly. It’s great to have this eatery in the Near Southside Area.

This place has amazing pizza. We went twice in one week because we were so enamored with the pizza. I believe it’s BYOB, so be aware. The first time in we ordered a medium with onion, pepperoni and jalapenos. Oh man, so freaking good. The next time we wanted to share with a bigger crowd so we ordered an extra large to-go. STILL amazing. I’m deducting a star because I tried to call on a Saturday evening to order takeout and both of the numbers just continued to ring. I suppose the one-star review that just says«Not open on Saturday nights» is correct. I’m definitely coming back here.

1st visit. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for myself and 2 co-workers. Would have had more toppings, but no one could agree. Delivery was not available today, so I went to pickup. Nice little hole in the wall. Clean. Would eat there. Pizza was very good, but not that big for the price. I had thought about getting a sub, but no online menu to review, so that’s why we started with basic pizza. Next time will try sub or pasta.

We tried it for lunch and the cashier was very friendly but the food was average. We ordered off the lunch menu which btw is $ 8.25 now for small salad, a crescent roll and choice of 6 entrees. And drink is extra. I had lasagna and hubby had spaghetti which they brought out when we were ½ through with our salad. They should have left then in the oven longer as they were both luke warm. The taste was good but not awesome, and might have been better if they had been hot. Also don’t go for the atmosphere as it is tired, but they do have a patio which might be fun when it’s not 100 outside. I wouldn’t drive across town to eat here again, but I cleaned my plate

Greasy pizza and lasagne was watery. Their lunch specials are too high for what they offer. Nothing like NYC pizza. Just nothing worth eating again.

My husband introduced me to this little gem on southside! We ordered a meat lover’s pie and it was the best I’ve ever had! This New York Pie place has got all Texas Pizza joint beat by a long mile! The crust was thin and crunchy and so totally different than anything Texas can make. I would highly recommend this place! Atmosphere is casual and quiet and the owner Tony is nice and friendly! I recommend that everyone try this place — you won’t regret it!

I went here for lunch with my coworkers who love this place. It was delicious! I had the lunch special — 2 giant slices, garlic bread, and a salad. The sausage topping is big slices, which I love! Our waitress was super friendly, as was Tony. I’m going back tonight to pick up pizza to take home for dinner for my family =)

Third and last time I eat Tonys pizza. It was obvious they forgot to put mushrooms on so added them on after the pizza was cooked and sent it out anyways on my to go order. No more Tony’s for me

So the manfriend had a serious craving for NY style pizza ans this place popped up in my Unilocal search. We went on a Friday night and we were literally the only people in the place! Usually not a good sign– but people started to trickle in picking up to go orders. I ordered the cheese garlic bread for us to share, a calzone and 2 slices of the Tony’s special pizza. The owner was very friendly. He chatted with us for a bit, showed us his awesome patio area and even brought us some salads on the house. The food was good. The pizza was loaded with toppings and my dining companion ended up scraping some of them off. The crust on the pizza was thin and crunchy. The calzone was huge and enough for 2 meals. The house marinara was a nice compliment. We will definitely be back! They deliver in 76107 too!

This place Is extremely clean. We had very good service from a very sharply dressed waitor. The food came out super quickly. The kids liked the calzone and pepperoni pizza. The calamari was bland and the marinara sauce was not good.

Stopped by after a few hours of walking around Fort Worth with some friends, and it was a great choice. Tony was VERY hospitable and made us feel as we were long time customers. Definitely felt like part of the fabric of that area. The food was amazing and they weren’t stingy with any ingredients. We were coming from from Dallas and Tony’s will be our go-to spot anytime we head out to Fort Worth.

Great place to eat as always! Been eating at Tony’s since 96 – 97 when he was in Arlington. Had my rehearsal dinner at his place in 1998!

Everything I have eaten here has been absolutely delicious. So far, I have only had the cheese pizza, cheesesticks, and chicken parmigiana sandwich but I plan on trying everything on the menu. LOVE the pizza, just wish it came in a smaller size. Chicken Parm sandwich is HUGE, GIGANTIC, but very delicious. Small restaurant located on the southside, next to some factories and bars, I think they would make a killing if they stayed open late during thw weekends. They also deliver!

What a great find! Very close to my work– this will be a new go-to place for a quick and close calorie indulgence! Today I ordered the calzone and my co-worker lunch buddies ordered the eggplant parm with spaghetti and the other ordered 2 slices of sausage pizza. We were delighted with the unexpected appetizer of piping hot rolls and butter. Our food was served quickly hot as well. Next time I’m going for the eggplant parm sub!

Yummm. So good. Walked in and asked Tony what his favorite dish was and promptly ordered it, the chicken Parmesan. It was so yummy, and fresh tasting. Hubby had baked ziti that tasted amazing. We started with fried cheese and bread-yummo. While having small talk with tony we said that we were out celebrating out wedding anniversary. Before checking out, two complementary desserts were served to celebrate the date. Not only will we return but I will put the word out about this place. It is amazing for the food and service. So glad we had the opportunity to visit Tony’s.
