Burger King

Needed a quick bite at 830pm on a Sunday before hitting the road. There was only one car ahead of me at the drive thru and all I ordered was a Whopper Jr. no tomato, no onion. It took over ten minutes to get my food. Initially they asked me to pull up and over to wait, but having asked the car ahead of me to do the same, I couldn’t. So we all collectively sat there and waited, and waited… I can only think that they have so little business that they don’t keep food ready which is good in a way, but that kind of defeats the purpose of fast food.

Morons. Only morons could manage to give you the exact opposite of what you ordered. I ordered a whopper with mayo and ketchup only. I received a whopper with everything but mayo and ketchup. Was my order placed in a parallel universe? How is it possible that the meat is dryer than the bun? Not the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Don’t tell me you deserve $ 15 an hour when you can’t even make a hamburger correctly. Somebody needs to QC this place and clean up some of the mess. They don’t even answer the phone.

I’ve had a different experience than the other reviewers…
Twice I’ve been here — once went through the Drive Thru, the second time ate in…
Both times I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese (low carb) — no bun. Cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and mustard, with some mayo on the side. They serve it to you in a small plastic tray with a plastic knife and fork.
Both times the burger was hot and tasty!

If you try to have it your way at this burger king will have you banned and call the cops just think all I asked was for hot food and when I got my food it was called I have formed a great cook it specially when I asked for it to be hot when I ordered it

1. Spicy chicken sandwich was gross, and I usually like it.
2. Asking me if I wanted half a cup of coffee when I ordered a full is not ok. I appreciate that you told me you had to make more, but why would I accept half for full price?
3. Bathroom was closed so I had to go next door to McDonald’s.

Came here for an advertised special, which was not available. I found the staff to be fairly rude, and unhlepful. When I asked for a special request, I was informed that it was not possible to mix and match. That’s perfectly okay with me, I know how it is. But so much for, «Have it your way.» And WTF? Why is it nobody cares enough to throw even ONE KETCHUP in with the to-​go order? I got fries, idiot. Do I have to ask for a straw for my soda, now too?

Obviously i like the food, and this review isn’t about the food, it is about the service.
Ordered the new little burgers. I think they are a little plain, so i usually ask for them with extras. Which they always do, without a problem. Asked the woman who took my order if i could add onions and cheese. She told me she added cheese, but it was not possible to add onions! what! They sell burgers with onions! Makes me feel like they are boxed up hours before i even order. I asked if it was possible to get a side of onions, she said no it was not! Very rude! I had ordered 2 value meals. Asked for bottled water with one instead of soda, she told me they were out, but would give me the normal (tap) water in a cup. fine.
So i get my order, driving away i check out my receipt. She went ahead and charged me for the bottled water they were out of, and 15 cents for each slice of cheese on the 6 mini burgers. I don’t mind paying extra as long as i am told before hand. Forgot my ketchup, that I asked for twice and did not give me any straws. Very mad, would have turned around and went back if i wasn’t in a hurry. Called the 800 hot line, which I’m sure nothing will come of…
