Overpriced with poor service, if you can get any. Have been in twice and waited 20 minutes one time, 15 the other before I left. If you like higher priced frames, they have a good selection but difficult to get someone to wait on you. About 20% higher in price than similar stores and 33%+ higher than one line sites. Suspect too many customers a positive problem for store but I will not be back.

Disappointed in the service that was provided or LACK THERE OF more like when shopping for new frames. Walked in and was greeted, but the sales person that started to help me out disappeared and was no where to be found. Won’t be coming here for my eye care needs.

The place is nice, people is friendly, but they just made my prescription lenses wrong twice. I’ll need to wait again. For $ 700 I expected way much more professionalism from their side, not just a nice boutique-style shop.

Tricia was super nice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Store was very overpriced. Even with insurance, they were a full $ 200 over target for the same glasses.

I am reviewing this place for customer service. I am super indecisive when it comes to picking out frames but my salesperson was super helpful and patient.
As she helped me, an extremely rude man walked in, demanded help, said that he bought his frames from there almost a decade ago and wanted to re-buy the exact same pair. They told them they didn’t have the exact same pair but could find something similar. Although he was a complete ass about everything, they were super nice and helpful to him. I might have punched him in his old glasses!
Anyway, they helped me find super cute glasses and explained the insurance benefits very clearly. I would highly recommend this location.
