Amazing staff! Very helpful! Most of my kitchen is from here! Great selection best brands for kitchen items! Go check it out! Also great prices when they have sales!

Just honor prices marked… Sincerely disappointed… A pan was clearly labeled with a sticker that was what drew my attention to it and the cashier proceeded to tell me it was a different sale price… That’s when I proceeded to head strait out the door buying nothing I had picked out… Lost me forever

The men who work here are always super nice and helpful. The women are consistently rude and bitchy for some reason. It never fails. Every time I go in and end up having to deal with a female sales clerk, I walk out pissed off and feeling grateful for the impulse control that prevents me from slapping uppity bitches in the face. Damn. There are hundreds of lovely sales people all over Fresno. It’s as if Williams Sonoma deliberately sought out the most unpleasant women in the entire county to work in this store. Today reminded me why I started frequenting Sur La Table instead. 3 star’s for selection and the male half of the staff. A big fat ZERO for the broads. They’re definitely not ladies. Ugh.

Terrific WS location and a nice big store too. I admit there’s nothing I need or don’t already have, but it’s absolutely worth a trip around the store to view the latest and greatest. I bet my best gifting ideas here and never tire of perusing the gourmet olive oils or specialty salts. Love that this WS is in a shopping center with other favorite stores. Loads of parking. Make a day of the area.

I must admit that before dil, I had never stepped foot in a Williams-Sonoma nor did I know it existed. Pricey but in the case of their textiles, you do get what you pay for. Quality dish towels that are as thirsty as they are good looking. I never met a dish towel I didn’t like but I really really like the quality of a Williams-Sonoma dish towel. As I perused the other items in the shop, there were many things I’d love to own but am willing to live without. WS is a good pic for giftong friends that love spending time in the kitchen either cooking or celebrating with friends and family. This location, just happens to be situated in a lovely one of a kind shopping centers that doesn’t have the look or feel of «every» shopping center in America. Many dining options, shopping options or just browsing and people watching options as well. Oh and don’t forget to check out the clearance table before checking out! The sales people are friendly and not one bit stuffy!

Although pricey, it is generally worth it. While they do have some things you can find at other places for much cheaper, they offer unique kitchen accessories and supplies I have only been able to find here. It is much smaller than other WS out of town, but isn’t everything in this diseased placed they call Fresno. It is always clean and easy to find what I am looking for. The staff is always super knowledgeable and friendly. I love all their baking goods and grilling sauces as well. My most recent purchase was a blender that I am so far very pleased with. May have to pick up an espresso machine soon!

You have to expect that this place is expensive because of the name, but every thing that I’ve ever bought here lasted way more than the same stuff I bought at regular stores. So, you’re paying for quality. I love the free samples and the staff that works here are quite nice and helpfull.

I really love coming in there. Unlike Sur La Table, this place is super clean and uncluttered.

I like this store just because you can browse all the neat gadgets and can purchase unique cooking/food supplies. Crazy considering that I don’t see myself as a cook. I would have to say that the customer service here rocks. I bought my Mom a certain pan that she wanted for her birthday and though it wasn’t something extravagant they treated me like I made a huge purchase and offered to wrap it up. They also offer to help but don’t stalk you around the store.

My partner melted our Le Creuset kettle.(He apparently thought he’d hear the whistle while in the shower. He couldn’t. The melted metal/burning paint smell alerted him to the fact that something had seriously gone awry in the kitchen.) He thought that he could hide this fact from me by buying a new one and swapping it out before I got home from work. Surprise, surprise, Williams-Sonoma saved his skin by not only stocking the same model as the melted one, they gave him the replacement for free! They just gave him a $ 75 kitchen implement for free! There’s a customer service moral here. Yeah, W-S took a bath on the kettle, but I’ve since only bought Le Creuset from them. And when the median price for a piece from this maker runs about $ 150, they’ve made a nice bundle of money from me. (And no, I busted him as soon as I walked inside our house. No amount of air freshener and burning incense can hide a smell like that.)

Normally, I hate this chain store. Who wants to pay $ 40 for a box of salt?! Here’s the thing, though. They have yummy samples of drinks and all kinds of treats around the store, and the people who work here are super helpful in a non-creepy sort of way. I swear, the stuff here is really useful(jar of pureed butternut squash! Where else could you find that?). So what if it costs me an arm and a leg? I bet the people who work here would roast up that arm and leg and make it niiiiiiiice n tasty.

Although small compared to the big city versions, this WS has a nice selection and the staff is willing to order anything they don’t have in stock. They provide lovely gift wrapping services too. I love to go in here and just look, but when I need a kitchen utensil, this is pretty much my first stop. They’ve got it all. I’ve run around town, looking at other places, only to end up here and wish I had started at WS in the first place, especially since it’s so close to home. I buy a jar of peach salsa everytime I go in as this is the only place I can find the brand I really like.
