I guess I would hate my life too if I worked at Anna’s Linens, and it shows in their lack of Customer Service. The clerk stood at the counter, shouted at me and gave me hand signs to guide me to the window valances. Then after finding what I was looking for, applauded… I kid you not. I swear if she wouldn’t have used the cash register I would have thought she was a trained monkey! There are cheaper prices out there, especially on curtain rods. Found the same pair at a competitor for $ 10 less per rod… it adds up!

This store has a good selection of hard to find linens and window coverings that you may not be able to find somewhere else. But most of the time you can find them at a very reasonable price. Hopefully it works with the first try so you don’t have to return anything. Today I had to return and the lady who helped me was very ordinary. I used the word ordinary because there was nothing that stood out that made me want to come back to the store or leave her an excellent review she did her job and nothing more and definitely nothing less.

We went to annas linens to purchase a new comforter set. They have a very large selection to choose from. The prices range from 19.95 to 119.95 depending on what u choose. We found a nice one for 79.95 and it can with 5 pillows to decorate after u make ur bed!!! We also purchased 2 king sized feather pillows(19.95 each), which were terible!!! U could feel the feathers poking u all nite long. I will be returning these. Dont try to cut corners with the feather pillows!!! U have to bite the bullet and spend 50 bucks a pillow at other retailers… There sheet selection was large, but the 500 thread count and above selection was not that good. Good store, but the higher end selection is not that good!!!

Worst customer service ever! Coming from another store to this one, driving out of my way looking for a tieback that the one in Clovis ran out of, I did not think I was going to get bad customer service yet again. The price was marked wrong and having come straight across town from the other store, I asked the cashier to check the price because I was going to buy 7 tiebacks. She refused to do it even after I politely asked 3 times. She even asked the manager the price & the manager answered rudely, «They’re clearly marked!» They did all of this without simply just scanning it. They went out of their way back and forth just to not have to scan it. I thought that was strange for a store to refuse such a simple request. I did not have time for this because I live across town near Sanger and this was my second Anna’s Linen’s store, so I just told the cashier to ring them up. Then DING after DING, to her surprise, all 7 tiebacks rang up the price I told her they should of been! She was speechless of course and did not offer an apology, even after she told the manager, neither one apologized. Of course, that’s what I expected, just like the other Anna’s Linen’s store who used profanity… I normally give other stores chances because I don’t hold all stores responsible for the mistake of one store. But unfortunately for all Anna’s Linen’s in Fresno, they are all the same – bad customer service.
