The food was good. The fries were fresh. I ordered the bacon cheese fries and a small chocolate frosty… I’m sorry but does it get any better than a Wendy’s frosty on a hot day? I don’t think so. I miss Madera having a Wendy’s…they tore it down and built a western dental… ew. Guys seriously Wendy’s is honestly such a hidden gem. Their food is good and the service is fast and efficient. Go here. I recommend it.

Food is good but came into restaurant at 10:15 in the evening and every table was empty and dirty. It took forever to get our food and they don’t give the drinks until the food is ready. Needs more staff to keep the place clean and to fill the orders more quickly.

This place was packed when we arrived for lunch! We were sure there’d be a wait for our order, but order was at our table in about five minutes or less. The food was amazing!!! I had stopped going to Wendy’s a while back because of a few consecutive visits(however it was a different Wendy’s by my house… But I just had a poor association that when someone suggested eating there I would say«no». This time I was over ruled and I am glad!!! This visit was awesome! The employees were pleasant… They were friendly like«Disneyland» employee friendly. It was soooo busy! I would never have expected employees to be so friendly. The only negative thing was the manager was trying to motivate her staff to move a bit faster to get orders out and when she comes up to where you order and begins to yell«I need a spicy chicken … Now now now now now!!!» That was a little much … And loud and a bit intimidating. But the employees just continued to smile and get orders taken and brought to tables. :)

The food tastes good at this location. Unfortunately more often than not they mess up your order if you are using drive through. Last time my cheeseburger was missing(paid for). Today my cheeseburger was missing bacon, tomatoe and lettuce. Very frustrating when you get home! Staff needs more training to make sure the orders are correct. Don’t want to go back to this location for that reason!

The employees were more focused on talking about the next hit movie than getting my order correct… again. Soggy Fries, soggy buns, AND the wrong sandwich. I asked for ranch and the girl handed me 4 ketchup packets and walked away.

I have to go here a lot, because it’s one of the two decent fast food burgers in the neighborhood where i work.(And some days, only a burger will do.) #1) I’ll give ‘em a B– for fast drive thru coordination. They don’t always get the order in the bag correctly; or they’d have an A grade here. #2) I know how to order a #2 Value combo meal. I just say, «I want a #2 with a Coke.» But that’s not what i want and why I just order a Classic Double Cheese, that’s all Thank You. — — - And they JUSTHAVE to ask: «Didja want that in a combo, or just the sandwich?» If «corporate«is making them do this, it’s backfiring. #3) All of my pickles shouldn’t be in the same spot y’know? Spread ‘em out– sheesh!

Unfriendly service. I felt like they were trying to get my money and push me through the drive thru as fast as possible.

The food is good, but they are slow as hell. Went to the drive-up on Saturday around 3pm. Waited in line for around 10 minutes. Not exactly fast food, if it takes that long. If you don’t mind waiting and waiting, then sure, they are great.

Wendy’s is the default burger/fast food outlet of choice for our kids. Kid one will eat french fries from anywhere but kid #2 hates McDonald’s and Carl’s Jr is about to go on Dad’s permanent boycott list. I like fast food with value menu offerings. One buck for a burger, even though its the size of a silver dollar works for me. Wendy’s has a decent dollar menu. The other night we pulled up and the young lady in the pay window had a sad face, I told her to smile. She said she was not happy, She had the night off and was now stuck there working. Hmmmm, well at least she was honest and at least she is not working the grill where my food was being prepared. So told her I’m sorry to hear that, she responded«it’s no thang». I asked her if they have trouble finding workers and she nodded. I told her I was sorry she had to work, pulled up to the other window and we were out of there. I don’t eat fries but kid #2 and my wife said the fries were too hot to eat. Hah, hot food in Fresno, we finally found it. The theme developing in 2009 is this is the year of unhappy drive-thru window babes. I might start packing mints or little boxes of chocolate to offer these girls as we enter their one chair kiosk spot in the world. I’m tempted to attach a wider, social meaning to this phenomenon but it could be a Fresno region experience. I doubt it. More likely this is just the bottom of the pit job, where you end up if you did not pay attention in math class and passed notes to friends when the English teacher was lecturing on grammar and punctuation. Obviously the bar on social decorum is dropping in general and managers are seriously challenged finding happy smiling faces to prop up in the pay window. I have a suggestion for the fast food managers out there. Try driving through your restaurant as a passenger, then take a drive through In-N-Out to see how it is done right. Smiling faces and a polite hello and thank you is a simple formula that can be taught with a little training.
