I like going to this location because their employees are super knowledgeable. Dean helped me buy my iPhone 6 and he did a super job at not bombarding me with too much information by being clear and concise. I recommend this sprint location. I rate Dean 5 stars but on here I put 4 because the service in my area isn’t the greatest.

Worst customer service I have ever had a a sprint store. Two people working and their both talking on the phone. Help the customer in front of you then call back. Rude also. The girl is flirting with the customer I think they know each other. The guy is trying to upsell constantly… I said no already. Just came in to pay my bill and I’ve been here 20 minutes. No one can do two things at the same time? I will never!!! Come in this store again. Oh the payment machine doesn’t take cash. Or I’d of used it. Never again. Someone needs to train these two in basic customer service.

I purchased three iPhones online from the sprint store and I choose to pick up the phones at this sprint location. Even though I paid for the phones in full I was told by sprint’s sales rep Mike Garcia and his supervisor Shannon that for some reason their system wanted to charge me full price for the phones even though they could also see in their system that I already paid for the phones in full online. After waiting in the store for over an hour I was told there was nothing they could do. I was informed that they would not give me the phones that I paid for but that I could make another appointment online and come back another day. I was told that I could make an appointment with Shannon but that I would have to call the store to make an appointment since that is not something they do at the store. It was my responsibility to follow up.

For real service come in and see Michael Huerta!!! I came here after the worst service ever at the Shaw and Blackstone location. I wrote a review about my experiences there as well, feel free to read it. Anyhow Michael actually took the time to listen to us describe the problem without blowing us off. He also did what we had hoped the other store location would offer to do which was to diagnose the phone properly where the other store did not. I am inspired to write this review only because I think the staff here are perfect examples of what a customer service rep is there to do. Help you. Although we did not purchase the phone from them at least they treated us with respect and made an effort to solve our problem. Reliable, dependable and service oriented!

This store has repair personell, that engage with you somewhat. However, if you have ever brought up a concern with sales or repairs, or returned something it is as if the store personnell, take it personally. You will be treated differently by sales and if you need a repair, you may be referred to the main store, for some«reason», only to find out later, it could’ve been handled there(Nees). Although the sales staff is pleasant, you feel more like you are car-shopping here, as staff is so focused on sales, that they push you into buying stuff you don’t need or want, by claiming it’s «required». I know of several people that were told they had to buy accessories, in order to participate in the One Up program. Others were told their other phones were not eligible for buyback, but required in return for being allowed to participate in the program, even when they were eligible for a regular upgrade. I’m thinking the«coaching» may just need to be worked on, as no one seems malicious, though.

I discovered this store when leaving Home Goods in the mall. Just moments ago I walked in looked around and walked out of another Sprint store, so I thought I would give this one a try. I figured it would be at least a good little walk just to check it out. It turned out to be a great little clean looking store and thx to Russell Merzoian(one of the consultants) my experience was very good. I found him to be knowledgeable and provided good customer service, which we all know does not always exist.
