Panda Express

Best customer service here! My order took a little longer than expected (emphasis on «little» — it was probably only 10 minutes tops and I didn’t mind the wait). So they gave me a complimentary drink, pot stickers, and fortune cookies! So nice of them. If I could only ever go to one panda location ever again… It would be this one.

I like the updated décor. The place was clean. Service was so slow so I gave a 3 star for that. They need more people helping out. There were 3 people in front of me waiting. There was one girl taking orders and the other was ringing up the orders. The food looked like it was just made. The food was just warm when I went to eat it, not really hot.

I DO NOT recommend YOU eat at this Panda Express.
Why…
Reason #1. The «beijing beef» smelled when I took my first bite.
Reason #2. The «orange chicken» was was too wet in sweet and sour sauce.
Reason #3. The girl who took my order gave VERY LITTLE PORTION.
(instead a better Panda Express is 3 miles south on to 5347 North Blackstone, who serve fresh food and provide FULL potions).

This location is nice, they recently update the tables/​chairs and décor! Looks much better, it was very clean and the staff was great! The food was good and fresh

Stingy portion for the price you paid, my kid does not eat a lot, they gave my kid a very small scoop of mushroom chicken. I was very angry. Stingy to kid… aren’t they our future?
Never go there again.

My Daughter & I ate here last Saturday and both ordered the «Surf & Turf». Once getting our plates we began eating the Steak & Shrimp which was not warm enought and the Fried Rice was kinda cold and tough. About a day later we both contracted Food Poisioning!!! We had Stomach problems after that for approximately 4 days!!! I am sure the temperature of the food that was served to us was not at the appropriate temperature causing the sickness to hit us both.
Beware when ordereing from this Restaurant.

I am going to keep it short and sweet. my dad and I came here for lunch last Saturday. We were given lukewarm food that tasted ok for five minutes until it became cold as ice. Fried rice tasted like hard pellets that were flavorless. Had to keep asking for soy sauce just to make it edible. My Dad took the leftovers home and I went to work…
I started to feel very queasy around 6:30 that evening at work and felt physically ILL for days after. If you want food poisoning, please come here. PS: I am not the only one who had this sickness either… my pregnant co-​worker ate here a week before and got food poisoning too!!!
This has never happened to me before at this location but I am scarred for life! I won’t eat Panda express ever again, anywhere!!!

The customer service is great at this location.
I always get the Two-​Entrée Plate. I usually get half/​half for the side of chow mein and fried rice. Then I get two entrees.
Depending on what they have, I usually get two of the beef or chicken entrees. The Orange Chicken is probably the best entrée there. They previously had the Eggplant & Tofu entrée, but I don’t see it there any longer. There’s probably not very many people that would like that.
Once I add a drink, the price goes up pretty high. I think it is like $ 9 for Two-​Entrée Plate and a drink. But I get a pretty decent sized plate of food, so it is worth it.
