As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted by Michael with a smile and a handshake. It’s nice when you walk in to a store and feel welcome, not just a customer. He was very knowledgeable about the different beds and after what seemed like forever we picked out a bed, all the time Michael was helpful and professional. I definitely will recommend this store and Michael to my family and friends.

Terrible customer service. When wee bought the mattress, we also bought headboard. It took the salesperson 30 minutes to figure out how to ring up the sales. The mattress was delivered, but no headboard. The delivery man said he didn’t know anything about it since he was a different company. 3 weeks later we were still waiting. We returned to the store, dealt with the same salesperson, who had no idea about the undelivered headboard. She called the warehouse who told her it just came in. No one called to explain the delay or follow up. Plus, she never once apologized for the delay.
Go to a store where they are customer service oriented! Not this one.
