I went into the bone store and received very helpful, competent and friendly service. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They offered immediate assistance to help me find what I was looking for. They also specialize in shoe inserts and orthotics, which I will be going back for soon. This is a great store.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door and directed exactly where to go. I bought a massage chair. I ordered it on a Monday and they delivered and set it up on Wednesday. I checked pricing on the internet and they were very competitive! Will definitely be coming back! Great store. Kind people. Professional staff.

The Bone Store is awesome. I have had problems with my knees and feet for a long time. I could never get any relief until I came to the people at the bone store. They fitted me with the right orthotics and completely healed my plantar fasciitis and I also got a great knee brace that fits! I was also pleased with the great customer service and was amazed at the variety of products they have. I will be back with my parents to look at there big selections of walkers. They also give out samples of this great stuff called biofreeze. Love it!

Wow! After reading reviews, I was almost afraid to step foot in the door! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I had great customer service from the time I walked through the door until I left with my purchase. My doctor had prescribed custom made orthotics for my poor runner’s arches. The sales associate told me I didn’t really need a custom made insert. He saved me $ 250! He took the time to explain why a runner needs a flexible orthotic device. He answered all my questions, and even gave me a discount for my first purchase from the store. He gave me a free sample, too. This place was stellar! Highly recommend!

The bone store carries specific items and advertises as high quality with their prices. With that said. The service. Staff. Employees and manager are lacking any kind of Human interaction. What so ever. I bought a chair that is now deteriorating. Walked in and spoke with the manager. Told us to come back. Talk to someone else. Uninterested look on his face. Almost rolling his eyes. Is this the kind of service business owners would want from their employees? This kind of behavior will certainly get the doors to close! A business can not survive with poor service. Lame mangers and bad quality merchandise. I’ll be spreading the word. Thanks for nothing but a huge disappointment! Jerks!
