Ok, so is lengthy but well deserved.
We contacted Debbi and Reyes regarding the catering for our wedding a few months into our planning. that is when the awesome began.
They were both extremely friendly, professional, open to suggestions, gave great advice, and ensured our menu met our wants/​needs and most importantly the delight of our guests. The best way to describe food-​It could not have been any better.

My only regret for the day was I didn’t eat the food for breakfast and dinner. All items were full of flavor and flavored perfectly. Our guests truly raved about each course and each item. I would (and plan) on contacting them regarding future events and would recommend them to anyone for any type of occasion. For our reception experience-​money perfectly spent.

Omg!!! It’s always a hard decision what to order as everything looks so amazingly good! Really bomb! I usually always get the BLT&E with a grilled jalapeño and roasted potatoes on a brioche bun. I’ve also tried the French toast with Chef Reyes flavor of the day and fresh fruit… Don’t worry about the calories either because it’s well worth it! Chef Reyes usually has daily specials too that always looks and sounds amazing! I look forward to someday being able to have tried everything on his menu! My wife and I had the pleasure of tasting a few tacos (shrimp and filet mignon) during the Madera Wine and Chocolate festival today, they were the best tacos we have ever, ever tasted! Having lived in the Southwest and have sampled many variations of traditional tacos, Chef Reyes Chacon Jr. is and artist and takes great care in creating a well balance extrodinary dish. Because he was at special event he had a limited menu so I can’t comment on his other dishes, but I look forward to tracking him down to sample more of his most excellent master pieces!!! Hopefully a brick and mortar location will come soon!

I have tracked down this amazing truck and this month they are going to be in Gazebo Gardens…1/15 and ¹⁄₁₇ (5 – 9 & 11am-​2pm respectively) and then ¹⁄₂₉ again at Water Tower and Gazebo Garden… and ¹⁄₂₉ at Gazebo Brunch… LOVE THEIR SALADS and soups.

Two words: ahi tacos. Chef Reyes created these for our wedding in November and they are AMAZING!!! The love that Chef Reyes has for cooking really shows and is reflected in the way everything — EVERYTHING — tastes. Nothing on the menu will disappoint! We love the Gastro Grill!

Ordered the pork belly sliders. They where very flavorful and did not disappoint. Will definitely be back to try the curry tacos. The staff was also friendly.

Waited for the truck at the wicked wine run on Nov 7 th, but no where to be found! Craving a pork belly slider! WHERE WERE YOU???

I stopped by here for the first time while at the Clovis Beer Crawl. They were super accommodating with my dietary needs and the veggie tacos DID NOT disappoint!!! Definitely a must!

Stopped by to see them as I was advised that they have the BEST food and awesome plating — especially for a food truck! Caught them on a Sunday at Gazebo Garden and asked their recommendation. I had the BLT&E which they chose for me, and I «customized» their «Hangover» which pulled pork, hamburger etc. First, do NOT tell them how to make their dishes! — The pulled pork was great, but I had told them how to make that combo, instead of going with their expertise. NOW, the BLT&E (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Egg) My, oh My! The first bite told me it was divine, and every time I even chewed upon that first bite, it was another joy of new flavors! I’m heading back as soon as they are available and if they are at the Cart Hop on Saturday at Enzo’s Table, they will find me there as well! It’s fabulous! The staff/​owners in the truck are exceptionally friendly and helpful — what more can one ask?

How does this place only have 1 review??! It’s amazing! Their truck caught my eye last night at Gazebo Gardens when I saw «Spicy coconut curry tacos». I was sold! They did not dissapoint! I was hesitant at first about the chopped strawberries on top (I actually almost asked them to not put them on there) but they turned out to be one of the best things about the taco. All of the flavors meshed so deliciously. Best part… their corn tortillas were homemade. These people seriously know what they’re doing!

The food is amazing! Very fresh and tasty with beautiful presentation. Great service too. I had the special, «Triple Troff» sliders. Pulled pork, braised pork belly, and chopped bacon. Delicious sauce, and awesome slaw all on a pretzel bun. Give them a try!
