Cold Stone Creamery

The food and service is mediocre. I have been to other locations and I miss that bubbly «service with a smile.» I gave it three stars because this location has a gross bathroom. I felt like I was at a street side gas station.

Shitty customer service!!! We just ordered a pint «ours» and they only filled it half ways with ice cream, when my brother asked her to fill it the cashier rolled her eyes and said «That’s what we’re doing.» What they actually did was put regular ice cream to the top. I’m never coming back here.

This is probably the best ice cream place to go to. Their service is great and their ice cream quality is top notch. Not to mention that they are one of the only ice cream places that mix in the toppings for you! They cake selection is also very nice with ice cream in it. I will definitely come back!

Cold stone was the winner, after searching for a cake and having such horrible customer service I decided to come here. The employees were friendly, everything was clean and they did a great job writing on the ice cream cake! It turned out great, I was very happy with it.

Bad service. Girl had an attitude just because I was asking about the prices. I usually go to the Clovis location on Herndon, which has superior costumer service and make their ice creams much better.

Had the mud pie and it was great. THe staff is always friendly. How can one go wrong with ice cream.

Enjoying a scrumptious «like it» creation is something you daydream about– well just go ahead and turn that dream into a reality. I did. Sooo smooth and flavorful. Might I recommend mixing the coffee flavor with sweet cream and Heath Bar. Always service with a smile. It’s no wonder that there is always a line, but well worth the wait. If you haven’t tried cold stone, I highly recommend it. They will even let you sample the oh-​so-​good flavors to assist you with your difficult decisions of which to choose.

I’m not a big ice cream person but I had the best experience at Cold Stone. Their customer service was AMAZING! Megan helped me by giving great recommendations and making me something that tasted delicious! Coming back for sure.

Cold stone rocks! I love their ice cream and their milkshakes are off the chain. Their blended mocha runs circles around Starbuck’s mocha and is a little cheaper. The staff here are always friendly and the service is fast — even when there’s a long line.

My husband and I stopped by for an ice cream after a stressful shopping trip. The girls behind the counter were very rude. When we let them know that we hadn’t been there before and if they had any recommendations, they totally ignored us and went on with their plans for the evening.
The ice cream itself was great but not great enough to over look the horrible customer service. Sorry, we may go back when we walk by and see a different set of employees

Really great service and choices. If they come out with a new flavor they will give you a sample of it. Amazing everything.

Our family went to this Cold Stone today as it is my husbands birthday. Big mistake… walked in, everything cool like normal. Two girls working on the orders of a nice older couple, when the one girl turns away from mixing the lady’s ice cream and sneezes twice into the lower part of her arm, sweeps her hair behind her ear, picks up the utensils and goes right back to making the ice cream, yuck! If the owner is reading this it was the girl with dark long hair on shift about 215 on ⁹⁄₂. The couple is waiting for the rest of their order, so the girl walks over to the counter and asks «what can I get you?» I politely asked her to please wash her hands first to which she replied, «uh yeah, sure» from that point on, the whole experience was rude! She waited on 2 of the 3 others in my group and everyone had the same experience. When my husband went to pay she made no eye contact, was short and snippy, practically threw his change on the counter and didn’t offer him a receipt. It is not my fault that this employee didn’t have the sense to demonstrate the common decency in food handling and I certainly didn’t deserve to be treated rudely for calling her on it. Shame on you!

Under staffed. Acceptable service. A little disappointed since it has been years since I have had cold stone creamery. I remember when the staff used to sing and appeared marginally happy to be at work. Ice cream was great… They hadn’t prepared any cones yet so we had to have our ice cream in a cup. It was still good but not what I really wanted.

I drive over 10 miles out of my way to go to this location instead of the Fig Garden location. The employees are so helpful and friendly here I just had to take the time to write about it. Especially because the lady in front of me was so incredibly rude to the employee that was helping her, yet the employee kept her cool and handled the situation very well. They don’t wear name tags but I want to give props to this loation even tho its far away and the line is always long!

The ice cream here is excellent. But there is a line depending on the day and time you go.

Ok, how can you not give this place 5 stars? They literally will make your ice-​cream personalized to your taste and preferences. and its ice cream!!! gotta love it. And this place actually had very helpful service people as well, although I would be happy too if I got to go to work with 100 gallons of ice cream every day.

I Love Cold Stone!!! I am so lucky I have to drive 60 miles to get here. I would weigh 500 pounds if they were closer. I have been to many Cold Stones and they were all consistently very good. The service at this particular Cold Stone is very good as well. You have to try my favorite… French Vanilla, heavy caramel, heath bar and marshmallows… mmmmmmm…my kids call it Mike’s Madness. Get on in here and fix your ice cream jones!!!

Its a nice treat to come here and get one of thier signature creations. I like the apple pie a la mode. They take basic ice cream flavors and mix in what ever you want in it. They also have cakes and shakes. Good for a hardcore ice cream craving. no pistachio flavored ice cream. sniffles. Its busy when you expect it to be busy and not too bad any other times as far as wait times go.

Good place for ice cream with mixings added in. They have really good ice cream. The first time I went to this Fresno location, there were no other customers in there, except for myself. Kinda surprised me. Hopefully they’re busier on the weekends. The prices are expensive, but well worth it.

Yep I am a fan. There was a long line but we waited. They have a ton of yummy flavors to choose from even though its kind of gross to watch them molest your ice cream (mixing) the way they do but you can do what I do ‘avert thine eyes’
Fruity flavors, cakey flavors, traditional flavors. Make sure know what you want when you get to the ordering part though, even what kind of cone you want or else the people in line in back of you will get mad if you take to long.
The service was neither friendly or rude. Just there which at this stage of the game I was greatful. (I dont think they train people for Customer service here in fresno so when I find it or a neutral attitude I am happy)
They are a little more pricey as far as ice cream from the store goes but when you are out and its hot and you want something cold and sweet this place is good.
I will go back.
