Bead Artistry

Bead Artistry is so wonderful… Penny and Stef are fantastic bead artists and such lovely ladies. It is a joy to take a class there or just sit and work on a bead project, with great teachers right there for questions. The selection of beads is wonderful… it’s a bit hard on my budget, but such FUN! It’s one of my favorite places ever!

I don’t live near this bead shop, but I make every effort to stop by when I can. Nice selection of Toho seed beads. Friendly staff Good lighting. Just enough of everything to get into trouble.

I have gone to bead artistry twice. Once
To Purchase a gift certificate and the latest time to purchase some elastic
To repair a favorite bracelet of mine. This last vist, I walked in and the owner was sitting At the artist table with other artist working on jewelry. I showed her my bracelet and not only did she show me what I needed, but she offered to walk me through the fix herself. I was so grateful that she offered her time to teach me and gave me Two clamps that I needed for the bracelet. It was so easy and fun that I purchased More stones to make another at home! She also shared that she hand picks All of her stones at gem trade shows! Thank you for the great customer service And for introducing me to a new Love of bracelet making!

This was the second time I walked into Bead Artistry while on a visit to my in-​laws. I arrived on a Thursday evening around 6pm. I was greeted by the owner sitting on the center project table. Bead Artistry owner creates her own designs and kits you can purchase. The kits supply everything needed for the jewerly piece displayed including the instructions. I found a few nice items to purchase and came a cross a bracelet & earring set that I was trying to study closely to understand how a «12 crystal ball» was made. Apparently I was studying the piece for a long time when the owner asked if I knew how to make it? She then offered ever so graciously to teach me, right then and there! She asked if I had time, to which I wasn’t going to turn down any free lesson! She had me take her seat there at the table and gave me step by step instructions. Just like a caring mom she helped me learn a new technique which frankly looked intimidating at first. Wow! talk about customer service. I will definately return when in Fresno again. You guys are great! Prices are high however as I know I’ve seen the same beads for much less in Santa Cruz. But the service was superior.
