The Spare Room

Awesome place to hang out, no drama!!!

The spare room was very unexpected. This bar has multiple tvs’ situated among a good sized room attached to a Bowling alley. I came in for a beer and to watch the 2015 Sugar Bowl game. They actually have very fast internet available and their beer ranges from $ 2.50-$ 3.75 so it is pretty well priced. The only thing that sucks is that there is a $ 10 minimum at the bar. However, the bartender let me slide with just getting 1 beer this time. Other than that, great place!

Okay, so Eddy was the person working Saturday during the Make A Wish charity event. I ordered drinks for several employees who were helping us with the charity event, and Eddy was really busy – but not too busy to be extra hospitable. I leave my credit card there since it seems like:
a) My employees might be back for more drink as I am paying for them
b) Give Eddy a break to help others as he is incredibly busy
c) I was ready to bowl for charity
So anyway, I left the card there and went off to bowl. The Star Wars characters were there, why would I want to be held up in a bar with my employees when I can hang out with the gang from Star Wars?
The thing was that I forgot my card when it was time to leave. I had too much other stuff happening, like winning :) and family to take care of, and a couple drunk friends/​employees to babysit…
I called yesterday when I realized I left the card and Cloverleaf told me they had my card and just bring my ID and I could get it back. Awesome! I drove all the way out there today and they gave me my card, and it was safe and sound.

Inside Cloverleaf Family Bowl is a hidden gem of a bar… THE SPARE ROOM is a great place to grab a drink, play some pool and darts, and catch your favorite sports game on several BIG screen tv’s. The bartenders are friendly and know how to pour a drink. They have karaōke every Saturday night if you are looking for a fun place to hang out and sing… You should check this place out, you won’t be dissapointed.

So far so good was here for the grand opening inside The Cloverleaf bowl. Called The Spare Room. The beer is not expensive. The bar is freshly remolded the have about 8 beers on tap with mixed drinks and average finger food so far. Very nice place!!! Will be back to check it out!!!
