Starbucks

Enviroment is relaxing, drinks were ehhhh. When we ordered, the lady called Megan had such a horrible attitude like she was the owner of Starbucks or thinks she is all that in a bag of chips. The baristas were very nice though. The lattes does not have any coffee taste, the cold-​brew sweet cream was just unbearable (I’d rather drink chinese medicine). The green tea latte was the best out of the 4 drinks.

really friendly and quick service. always makes my drinks correctly. never had an issue with taste or service.
this location is not a drive through. they are confused with a starbucks across street.

This has got to be the slowest starbucks there is, drive thru took over 20 mins and inside is not any better. Ridiculous

I got a Grande Peppermint Mocha frappuccino. I hate being that customer to complain, but this was my cheat meal drink, and I needed it to be worth it. I asked politely to have it remade. No smile. No eye contact. Not my fault you made it watery and gross.
He gives me my remade drink about 10 mins later. It’s a tall. WHY.
Fortunately I work at sbux, so my discount doesn’t make me feel like I wasted my money on the grande I actually paid for.
I’m having a better day than I was this morning so I won’t make a scene. I’ll let it go this time.
But you need to get it together, BRO.

The first time i came here, my caramel macchiato was fixed correctly. But the second and third time it taste so blend. I dont think i’m ever going to come back here, only if i desperately need coffee.
The only benefits is that i work right there, but it doesn’t serve me any justice if the coffee taste so blend.
Plus side, is that the remodel makes this Starbucks stand out and more welcoming then before.

Mr has suddenly developed a strong liking for mocha. That means stops at Starbucks every night after dinner. This particular Starbucks is closest to home and conveniently located, close to food, grocery etc. Got the above mentioned mocha from a friendly staff. No fuss, fast service. In and out in a matter of minutes

This Starbucks is pretty much par for the course, but the biggest issue with this location is often they don’t have enough staff to accommodate the volume of patrons at this location. However the staff is always polite.

This location is nice and pretty spacious. Close to Noah’s so if you want a bagel and coffee, this is the perfect location! There is a Starbucks that’s closer to where I live but I always come hear because I like the natural light here better.

I’m a frequent customer at this location because the drive thru is convenient for me.
Today (⁹⁄₂₂) I came around 5:20 ordering my usual iced green tea latte soy, which I get almost every day. First off they got my order wrong and handed me a regular iced latte of some sort. I don’t even know what I was given but it was brown so I noticed right away. They made me a new drink which was an iced green tea latte with soy… But as you can see from the picture, i have no idea what I was handed. Right when I got my drink the worker can CLEARLY see how appalled I was seeing how disgusting it looked. All she said was «it’s just the soy.» I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to complain and exchange my drink so I drove off pretty upset.
I called the store to get their store number so I can file a complaint. Customer service still hasn’t replied to my email but they replied to my tweets. I went to the other Starbucks in the plaza, very close to this location and they happily exchanged my drink. The guy explained to me that it could have just been poorly shaken so the milk stayed that way.
Point is– maybe it was poorly shaken or maybe it was expired milk. I didn’t want to take a chance and drink the repulsive looking drink. I am furious and disgusted that a worker would even hand a customer a drink that looks this disgusting.
Poor customer service. Train your workers better. No surprise that I was told that this was the worst Starbucks in Fremont. Very disappointed.

I used to manage a Starbucks. So let me start off with that.
I have never seen a group of baristas that we more miserable with their life. With the frumpy looking, dirty apron, messy store, horribly up kepted condemned bar, you would think that the drink quality would make up for the mess. No, I received a cup of milk with a splash of coffee.
Somebody needs to revisit recipes with the store.

Iced caramel macchiato is very good here. The only problem is that they don’t fill your drink to the top like all the other starbucks I’ve been too. It’s conveniently located, so I always go here.

I got off work today & came to Starbucks for a nice drink. But that’s not what I got, sadly. I ordered an iced green tea latte with caramel drizzle & very easy ice. I waited for a good 5 minutes & received a pale looking cup. No green coloring what so ever. Thinking like it was no big deal, I sipped my drink & it tasted like plain milk. I paid $ 5.05 for a venti milk & caramel drizzle. Really? There was barely any green tea in my drink & my friend even asked me what it’s supposed to be? If I wanted a cup of milk I could’ve went home & had it for free.

I’ve been here many times and since I was thirsty from shopping at Sprouts, I decided to drop by for something cold to drink. I ended up getting an iced mocha with whip cream. It wasn’t busy when I walked in. However, after I paid, I noticed there was a long line (almost towards the door). Customer service is good and this place seems to be much bigger than the ones I’ve been to which is a plus, since I don’t like to be too close to people.

So I ordered two hazelnut frappuccinos with Java chips during lunch. A girl from Washington passed out so the baristas decided it was time to stare at the poor girl instead of doing their job. There was already two staff helping the girl. I got my frappuccinos after ten minutes and it was literally so icy, with just milk and Java chips. I paid 4 dollars for two poorly made drinks, me and my friend didn’t enjoy our drinks what so ever.

I understand it being full at 3 o’clock, what I don’t understand is the lack of cleanliness in the store. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Starbucks.

Manager has adjusted the attitude and is friendlier since my last encounter, also offered me complimentary free drink for signing up for Starbucks card and explained how it works.
I would recommend getting the card if your going there on a daily basis like I do.

Service is great. Employees are always great.
however, I’m not a fan of starbucks so ill just leave it at that.

Pretty standard service but I was impressed with how two baristas helped each other today when once spilled the ice drink while the other barista jumped in and help to mop up. Team work and decent service! The only down side is the parking lot is always super busy here so watch how and where you park and back out!

Stopped by the Fremont Plaza Starbucks to use claim my FREE birthday drink then my FREE breakfast sandwhich of my choice with my coupon I had recieved for being a Starbucks Rewards memember.
There was no line, when I had walked in. So, I was helped right away by an Asian barista. The guy was nice and helpful. Me not being much of s Starbucks person, I had him which sandwhich was good and he recommended I geta Ham and Cheese Crosciant. He said it was his personal favorite, so I was like why not, let’s try it.
For my drink, I ordered a Vente Double Chocolaty Chip Crème Frappuccino. It was great, if you like Chocolate, but don’t just want to order Hot Chocolate, this might be something you might like. It’s chocolate goodness!
My order was quick and both my drink and breakfast sandwhich came out fast as well. Service here was great, the baristas were all friendly and seemed happy to be working at Starbucks.
Parking can easily be a problem because it is by Sprouts Farmers Market. Other than that, a good Starbucks to chill at.
