I see all of the negative reviews so I’d still encourage buyer beware. However, we purchased a table from them two weeks ago with a significant dent in the wood. It looked like (but was not) a self assembly inflicted issue, so we were confident they were going to try and hang it on us. Instead they, without question, got us a replacement piece in two weeks without any grief at all. We were expecting a nightmare but instead were treated to one of the easiest interactions possible. When I thanked him for his timeliness and helpfulness his answer was simple, «it’s my job sir.» they’ve earned the benefit of the doubt in my book and have earned my business with their strong customer service.

I wish you could give this company negative points where should I start this company used to be in Santa Clara and I have purchased a couch from them if you go on furniture mattress direct Unilocal for Santa Clara you’ll see my review there as well I want everybody to know who’s going to this facility that they are con artist they will rip you off they don’t care Ibert I purchased a couch for $ 600 from them to only have to buy a couch not even one year later the couch was destroyed. Please whatever you do do not I repeat do not buy from these guys!!! Also have talked to a fellow Unilocal her and she said that she bought couches from them and they close their business and left she never got her couches but she paid for them! Please please please beware!!!
