The Vitamin Shoppe

The Fredericksburg location of TVS is pretty typical in its layout and is kept up well. The staff do seem to be a bit lazy compared to other TVS locations I have been to.
Since this location isn’t as busy as others, it is much easier to find popular items and promotion items in stock.

Sometimes I think the only reason I go here or that its surviving is because there aren’t other options. GNC had its day about 15 years ago and hope that one day they find their direction again. Since I can’t review Vitamin Shoppe as a whole, I have to direct it solely to this one store. They have a high turn around of employees and management at this store. I’ve spoke to the DM numerous times to bring light to the way it was being run. A store is only as good as the people you employ. I truly want them to to be the knowledge worker on the product and supplements that they carry. Most times however, I have found they are not, and stare at you confused regarding the question you’re asking. Hopefully they can turn the ship around. The products are the products… I think everyone knows by now what they carry. I mostly go there for vits and supps, protein and meal replacements. ~
