The first time I ordered from here a couple days before Christmas, the delivery driver tripped over my front steps then(for some reason) told me that they had been drinking to celebrate the holidays at the store! Apparently his manager thought it would be ok for him to deliver sandwiches after drinking champagne! I let this go, thinking it was just a one time deal. The second time I ordered, a couple weeks later, my sub took over 30 minutes to arrive AND the bread was burnt! This is ridiculous. I used to work at a Jimmy Johns and this behavior is not acceptable, anywhere. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again.

Ordered a. JJBLT lots of bread and lettuce not much else. It was made before I was done paying. Cashier was hard to understand. At least the bread was good– this was a second try for this place. First time the staff was more friendly but sandwich was the same(all bread no meat) I guess the meat is all pre cut and pre measured. I doubt I will give this one a third try–

This Jimmy Johns is the worst I’ve ever been to and has led me to never eat a JJ again. Ordered the Tuna sub and the Vito. Both subs had stale bread that was clearly from the day before. The meat on the Vito was literally one slice of each type of meat. Subs were horrible. Bread was worse and meat was less than a $ 5 footlong from Subway, and these were $ 8 a piece. Never again… ever.

Unfriendly, rude employee, horrible sandwiches, we complained about the stale hard rolls and they did not care… their reply: «our bread is suppose to be hard»??? go across the street to Pot Belly… so much better!!! No comparison!

PROS: The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The sandwiches are pretty mediocre for the price point. I would much rather eat at SubWay or Quiznos. CONS: The staff is impersonal and lacks basic customer service skills.

Great sandwiches and service. Easy on the wallet for what you get too. Really enjoyed it.

Worst sub shop around. No salt or pepper, few options for cheese, extra meat is a joke and they dont toast any subs. Not a fan, waste of my money.

Came in for lunch, Great service here. Saw them take care of a group of moms and their toddlers. Their sub rolls are a softer version of the hard roll which in my opinion how subs should be served. They also have delivery.

The restaurant was very loud, the guy taking orders was rude and seemed annoyed at our presence. He didn’t bother asking us questions or explaining the menu, but spoke over us to customers sitting behind us until we gave him our order. Then he seemed bothered by our topping choices. First trip, and LAST trip. I’ll go to PotBelly across the street where the food is fresh and the service makes me feel welcomed.

Tried this place out for the first time today for lunch. We were greeted quickly and pleasantly. Our sandwiches were made to order and were delicious! The menu isn’t super extensive, but it’s a sub shop so they have your typical subs. The restaurant was clean and organized. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Hands down, this place gets my vote over the ‘other’ sub shops!

Good food, very fast delivery! Wish there was more options to the menu at times, but if you’re looking for a quick and easy lunch, there you go.

There’s not much too this. You like sandwiches? Go here. You like your food served in a timely fashion? Go here. You like your food served to you by friendly people? You guessed it, go here. My New Jersey roots exposed me to some pretty spectacular delicatessens and sub shops at an early age. I know what goes into making a good sub. The difference between quality, and a wannabe is the bread. Jimmy Johns serves up some delish French bread with their sandwiches, so the foundation for quality is established right off the bat. There’s plenty of options for a cold cut glutton so don’t worry about them not having capicola, or liverwurst. Ok I’m not honestly sure about the second one but trust me when I say they have the goods here. You want a classic Italian gut bomb? Order the Gargantuan. It’s easily one of the best sub sandwiches I’ve had in quite awhile. Remember where I said there wasn’t much too this? Oh well…

This place was recommended my an ER nurse and friend while waiting. Let me tell you they have Such good sandwiches. You can definitely tell it’s fresh food. I love that they roast their own meats for their foods. Definitely get their«hot peppers». They’re heavenly. I will order extra hot pepper next time. I ate an entire 8″ sub and wanted more. Great great food and never thought I could rave about a sandwich like this! I ordered delivery while my husband and I were at the ER. Their slogan is «freaky fast delivery». True story! Took maybe 10 mins for my food to get to the ER. I ordered over the phone and had a special order sandwich and they got the entire order correct, no complaints!

After receiving a sample at work the other day, I knew this place had good food. I came home from work and didn’t feel like cooking. I ordered dinner for my husband and I at 4:40. At 4:50 there was a knock on the door and I thought, «no way.» Yes way! Everything was prepared as I had asked(I’m picky about my sandwiches.) This is the first of many times we will be ordering from them, their prices are also crazy reasonable.

Great food, but frequently gets called in orders wrong! You will need to quadruple check your order even if you have the staff repeat it back to you. They can not handle multiple orders given at once.

Fed a party of seven in ten minutes! All sandwiches were prepared with wonderful Jimmy John’s bread and well-seasoned meats and vegetables. My personal favorites are either of the two Italian subs. Our party had lunch here today(11⁄2), and had a wide variety of the sandwich offerings. Fed seven for $ 57, including chips and drinks. Will be back!

Great grub! I have eaten at Jimmy John’s out west so I was really looking forward to my first sandwich at this location and I was not disappointed. The combo was classic and the bread is the best! Now I find myself looking for excuses to go to Lowes so I may stop by my now favorite sandwich shop.

Food good! We came on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the Beach Club sandwich and it was delicious. I normally prefer American cheese but never did I enjoy provolone this much! I had no idea provolone could taste that good. I had assumed that a «club» sandwich included bacon but there was no bacon. I surprisingly didn’t miss it though. Hubby’s sandwich didn’t come with cheese(he assumed all of the sanwiches had cheese). The bread was fresh and chewy but not like a real French baguette. Or maybe there are other types of French baguette rolls that I am not aware of? It didn’t smell like fresh baked bread when we were there. There wasn’t a lot of meat on the sandwich but I was satisfied. I didn’t really think the avocado spread stood out but maybe it did add to the creaminess of the sandwich. I love cucumbers on my sandwiches so I was happy. Hubby likes this place because of its simple sandwiches. Yeah, it says«gourmet» but on the pdf menu online, there’s a blurb explaining it’s not actually gourmet, which I thought was a bit amusing. And also, the«club» sandwiches advertises that it has double the meat. Um, they must not put a lot of meat in the regular sandwiches. Also, they don’t cut your sandwiches in half so you might have to ask. Interesting that the couple other reviews on here mentioned the loud music. I’ve only been to one other Jimmy Johns(in Richmond) and I thought the metal rock music was way too loud. At this Jimmy John’s, they played more mainstream music so it wasn’t as annoying. Plus, I was able to hear my husband talk when we sat down to eat. Will come again!
