Reserved a car for December 19 in October online. Stated that the renter was 22. Carefully read all exclusions and policies regarding a person under 25 renting a car. Only notation found was that there would be an additional fee due to age. This morning we are informed that they will not rent to someone under 26 paying with a debit card. This policy can be backed up nowhere in the paperwork or on the website. Just a sad little sign in a plastic sleeve on the counter. No manager on site to explain or help. No intelligent help available when calling Hertz corporate office. Supposedly no supervisor available to speak with because its the weekend. After a nearly two hour delay, we took our money to Enterprise where they happily took our money and supplied a car.
