Great subs. Same sub menu as with previous long-time management. Very good, with good seeded bread. Great people. Terrible pizza with very little flavor and no detectable tomato sauce on it. No trace of sauce, as if they put it on with an eyedropper. It’s very frustrating when a pizza maker tries to hold the tomato. It’s almost beyond belief. This is a very common problem in New England pizzas. There are some RI shops that make CHEESE optional, so they HAVE to use some TOMATO. Caserta’s is the most notable. But in that case the customers know ahead of time what they are getting, although whom it would satisfy is beyond me. The only time I’ve seen it is when a real cheapskate brings it to a pot-luck dinner expecting other people to eat it.(And it’s always left-over.) But Mega Bites pizza is not presented as «white pizza»; a separate style. It is even less satisfying to have the tomato sauce missing than to have the cheese missing.

Mega bites went out of business apparently. I stopped in today and it is now Macs Deli. I made an order and the cashier asked for my phone number(they ask everyone). I am super against giving out personal information and she did not know what to do when I said I don’t give out my number. I ordered a gobbler at 11:50 am and was told it would be right out. I waited until 12:15 to complain and they made my sandwich in front of me they handed it off to a girl who put it on a shelf then about 2 minutes later another girl called my name and handed it to me. Yeah the place was busy but people in line after me were ordering chicken fingers and more complex meals and got them before me. I made the mistake of leaving to go back to work to eat. My gobbler is missing the mayonnaise amd cranberry sauce. I think in the future I will drive the extra 10 minutes to isabellas in Millis or Mikes deli in Wrentham

This place is now Mac and deli. Do not go to that place. Customer service sucks they have no clue what they are doing. Give it 5 months or less and this place will be closed too

Although I only recently visited Mega Bites for the first time, I can tell that this place really has it. They have a massive list of over 70 sandwiches, each which are prepared in a friendly, timely fashion. The group I went with ordered a wide range of sandwiches, and everyone seemed to enjoy theirs. I cannot speak to their pizza, but given such a positive experiences with the deli, I plan to come back when I am in the area.

This is it. A local favorite for pizza, sandwiches and more. Cool vibe with the owner and his family. Makes you feel old school Italiano even though I don’t think they are. Great take out, delivery or for fun eat it there. Staff from Canada always stop here because it’s outstanding. I like the mama Mia pizza but everything is fantastic!

I don’t know why no Unilocalers have reviewed this sandwich/pizza place. I stopped in their for the first time on Friday to see what they were all about. From my perspective, I am tired of the chain sandwich shops(D’Angelo, Subway-gag, etc) So I gave this place a try and was pleasantly surprised. They have a HUGE sandwich menu and I selected the hot Pastrami with melted Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing. It was awesome. Served on a seeded and toasted braided roll, it was delicious. The pastrami was moist and tender. Their pizza looked awesome as well. I highly recommend this place if you are jonesing for a great sandwich.
