This place never fails to consistently provide great food and service. Wether it’s a huge plate of pancakes or a delicious omelette, it’s always good.

Come in hungry and leave full. Great food, super great breakfasts. I have become addicted to their chicken facaccia wrap for lunch, and the basic breakfast that has my favorite; well done home fries when you ask for them to be well done! Everything here is done well and generous portions.

Friendly service and solid food. The pancakes and waffles are better than the egg dishes. It’s a large place and there is not really a wait until 10 am. This is our go-to place after being disappointed with other places in the area.

Delicious food, huge portions. The home fries are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft inside, with tasty seasoning. Properly cooked bacon, good pancakes and interesting options like corn beef hash potato skins and blueberry stuffed French toast. Yum! My only complaint is they burnt my toast, but I hardly had room for it anyway so it didn’t matter.

Second time here for lunch. I ordered the Irish Benedict this time, and once again the food was everything to be expected. The food came out quick and fresh. I definitely look forward to coming back regularly.

They do a pretty good job. Good service. Food is reasonable… nothing super special, but not bad either. I actually like their breakfast. But their coffee is just awful. If you’re a coffee lover, go somewhere else.

Great food and great service! I am out of town and came here for breakfast after a 7 mile run. I ordered the country omelet with home fries and an iced coffee. It was DELICIOUS! My friend had their special cheese sauce and I ate it with my country fries. The omelet was amazing and consisted of sausage, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. My other friend had chocolate chip pancakes that looked like perfection on a plate. My iced coffee was perfect. Not too watery and not too strong and very smooth. The prices here are great for what you get… Which is A LOT of food! I had a huge 3 egg omelette, country fries and four pieces of toast for under $ 10. My iced coffee was 21oz and was only $ 2.99. A great meal to start my day! Thanks King St Café!

Oh my goodness. Really good. Try the coffee milk! Also, they deep fry the home fries. Very unhealthy but tastes amazing! French toast and pancakes are great too!

Of course went there for breakfast. Food was great as usual. They make an awesome breakfast. Haven’t eaten lunch there but I have heard it’s just as good. Service is great and fast which is always nice. Only downfall is a bit pricey. Hubby and I got breakfast, I ordered one pancake side dish and he ordered a tag breakfast and with coffees meal was almost $ 30. So good food, great service, but you definitely pay for it!

The friendly people, the delicious food, the homey atmosphere, what isn’t there to love? A true reflection of the great town of Franklin, we thank you for giving us a place to enjoy the most important meal of the day. It has also been noted that Ryan Creavin is able to take on any position, or any task. A true All-American on the King Street team.

This a great place for an Americana style breakfast. They have average options for what you would expect from a breakfast joint. It is a large venue with plenty of seating, however thy are very popular and will fill up fast during the weekend. The home fries are excellent, but everything else is pretty average as far as food goes. The service is fantastic and the coffee is always good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great for breakfast food. Big place with lots of seating but I’m sure there will be a long wait on sat. Or sun. Morning. Good food with great value and service. Homefries were a little salty. Huge portions though. Will return to King St. Again in the future.

I love King Street, but don’t try to go there for brunch on a Sunday morning. They’ll tell you the wait is 20 minutes, but it’s often twice that long. And they take people in order and will put a party of 2 in a large booth if that’s what’s open, leaving the larger parties to wait even longer for a suitable size table. That said, the food is good and the price is right. I love King Street’s breakfasts. They’re just too popular for their own good!

Service is bad. My son and I sat down at the breakfast bar waiting to be serviced. As we are waiting this older couple sits down next to us and the waiter said to the old couple how can I help you. I looked and my son and said very bad service. The waiter did see us just did not want to help us. Then we get the check before we even get the food. Not cool!!!

I had the banana split waffle and it was 1) beautiful to look at!(see pic) &2) delicious. I had a side of corned beef hash which was not good. Service was great, and the restaurant is clean.

This is a tough place to write about because there are so many factors that greatly affect the quality of this place. It’s one of those places that if you don’t have exceedingly high expectations you’ll be pretty satisfied. First off, the breakfast is pretty damn good. They know how to do eggs, they’re corned beef hash is great, and their portions are HUGE. You certainly get your money’s worth with the food. However, I would only strongly recommend their breakfast. The lunch/dinner food is a bit greasy and either bland or just kind of messy. It isn’t awful though, I personally just think they do a great job with their breakfast. The only issue is the service, which isn’t terrible but isn’t great either. If they’re swamped, good luck. Table turnover is actually pretty quick and they seem to do a good job getting everyone seated fairly quickly, but it seems that the waiter will disappear for a long amount of time and it’ll be left wondering whether or not your water is ever going to arrive. Everyone is really nice though. I honestly do not believe the reviews that say that the staff was rude to them, because they are not rude people at all. Now the only reason I’m harsh about the staff is because I know that they are super great when they actually try to be. I’ve had some really great service there, but most of the time it’s just sort of eh.

Yum, breakfast! Been here three times now. We got breakfast each time. The wait isn’t long, the food is good, and comes out quick. The wait staff is friendly too. It is hot in there there though. Fortunately, we were able to unlayer a little and it was a little more comfortable. The menu is smaller on Sunday(due to the busy volume) so you may not be able to order the same thing you got on your non-Sunday trip, but the food is still good. The home fries are greasy and salty, but they’re SOGOOD! Bite of home fry, bite of egg and you’re all set… balance restored. I think I’ll check out their lunch menu next time.

Oh boy, this place is delicious for breakfast. It does get busy here, especially on weekend mornings, so be prepared to wait ! I recommend the blueberry stuffed french toast — it is pure heaven. Also, the omellets are fantastic here. They take up almost the whole entire plate and are generously stuffed with veggies, cheese, and/or meats. The home fries that are served with the meals have a tasty seasoning on them that left me wanting more. Yum.
