This place is so unprofessional. The way the manager and other staff members speak to customers, employees, and former employees. The new manager Mike had cut me off numerous times and told me he couldn’t provide documentation for no longer scheduling one of their employees. While he was saying that he was more than rude and disrespectful and had no interest in hearing me out and at one point laughed at me. He actually hung up on me twice after I asked for his managers number and he told me he doesn’t have to provide that information nor anything else and I’m not a customer there, that my boyfriend was just a former employee.(Which is false, I use to eat their frequently in addition to my family.) At this point, I’d like to make a complaint about how he is handling the situation. I had to call back three times and ask different people for cooperates number and they were all extremely rude except for the kitchen. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful management team I’ve ever encountered and as a former manager, I would never ever treat someone with such disrespect behind a business or a manager title. If you can’t provide polite customer service then you shouldn’t be in this field.

Pretty good place in my book. At least at the bar on Wednesday night. Ok brew, good apps, and great service. Try the fish tacos and ahi tuna tar tar. Very good and spicy. Then had the Sam Adams seasonal and the harpoon IPA mango. Would come back again to hang at the bar.

Had a Mother’s Day brunch at Joe’s. Positive: food was really good. Had eggs Benedict, fruit, and short rib hash, collectively. Bloody Mary’s were decent. Atmosphere is good. Needs Work: service the waiter we had was friendly but slow. I had to ask three times for a glass of water. The manager and bartender came to our table to refill waters and clear plates. It was busy but not full so I’m not sure the reason for this. The waiter also shared that they were running low on house vodka so asked if we would be interested in grey goose. Not sure if we were charged extra for the upgrade, but it seems odd that they didn’t restock the bar in preparation for a holiday. Overall okay experience. I would go back no problem, but may not choose it as a first option.

Just got back from Joes American Grill in Franklin, besides the drinks and the very nice waitress… Tri-fector of awful food. Got the beer battered fish, which had little to know fish was all batter, crisp, scaly and clearly a peace of frozen smashed, maybe stepped on fish dipped in the deep fryer. My brother had the same dish. Worst fish we’ve ever had. There was no fish! My wife got a chick in sandwich with stale bread and undercooked fatty bacon. Nasty. Staff was friendly but three out of four meals sent back. Good waitress, fine staff, awful food. This is my first ever post on food I believe but had to voice my thoughts as I eat out a lot and was honestly taken back of how lazy they had to be in preparing to serve people and especially at Not cheap prices.

All the reviews on here were pretty bad for this location but I decided to go anyway. The food was awesome. We both ordered cheese burgers. They were cooked they way we asked and everything tasted fresh. The prices however were a bit high for the size of the meal. And the waitstaff need a bit more training. But all in all it was a good experience

Can’t vouch for any of their main course meals but I can tell you my wife and I had drinks in the bar section and while there had every appetizer on the menu. Fantastic! The meatballs, fish taco, deviled eggs, the pork fatback, the tomato flatbread and a bowl of French soup. Excellent! Our waitress, Mystic, was very nice and very attentive. Kept our glasses full the entire visit. Next time we come up to shop the Wrentham Outlets, we’ll be sure to visit Joe’s again!

Appalling!!! We showed up shortly after 12:30 pm on a Sunday, and the place was half empty(should’ve been our first clue). After being seated right away, we waited(and yes, I tracked the time) 12 minutes for our server to show up, which only happened after we asked another server to call them over. He took our drink order(coffee and water) and was ready to run off before I caught him and ordered the cinnamon buns as an appetizer(we were starving!) Another 8 minutes, or more, later, our water and coffee show up. And another 10 more minutes(yes, that’s a full half hour after we arrived) the cinnamon buns made their way to the table. We then placed our brunch food orders, which were not too delayed(15 minutes) but were partially botched, even dropped on to the table carelessly. Bottom line: avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Horrible experience all around from start to finish. First off, the place was not busy at all. Apps was fried calamari(burnt & really chewy/rubbery) and Nachos(very little toppings and cheese). Main course was bbq plate which two people had(attempted) both times it was sent back because it was cold. One gave up, had a burger and the other person ate the food, which was Luke warm, dry and tasteless. The Salmon was Luke warm and dry. The people who had burgers had no complaints except fries was cold. Would I eat there again… NO! Would I advise anyone to eat there… NO!!!

Great lunch — salmon, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. I’ve been impressed with this restaurant — great food and great service.

Food is decent but very overpriced. We ordered burgers which are $ 14, good burger but could get a similar burger at most other restaurants for around $ 10. The service was terrible. Everyone at surrounding tables was brought a basket of free bread, but we were never offered or brought any. We also asked for drink refills but we’re not brought them until a manager walking around asked how our meals were. Overall would not go here again. Go to Applebee’s or the 99, you’re better off!

This was my first time at this restaurant. Atmosphere was fine. Very friendly workers, but we had one very«kind of pushy» waiter even if it doesn’t seems like it. But when he came up to asked us, he asked what we like to drink, the usual thing a waiter would asked, we gave him our drink order, then he went right into what do you want to order etc, making us feeling a little rush, so I kindly told him to give us a few minutes. As we got our bread, we did not get a plate for each of us. Even when we had receive our appetizer order, my boyfriend had to asked for the plate which the nice young man did get for us. We waited for a while for our food to come out. Ehile one of the table that had came after us received their food before we did. When our food did arrive the lady did apologize for the wait. There was a problem with my boyfriend order, he had told the waiter he want sweet potatoes fries but got regular fries. I was gonna said something but didn’t because we figure how much longer are we going have to wait. The devil eggs and the fish taco was just enough for me, and it taste good, and the combination went great with each other. The fish taco had that just right amount of pepper that it wasn’t to over powerful. The biskets sandwich my boyfriend had was good too. The sauce that it was marinated it was just right. When we did get the check, which I had to asked for cause the waiter keep avoiding our table, but still being friendly, he gave us the check and said he will take it right now if we like which we didn’t mind him taking it right then. Overall, service from other not including the waiter, 4 out of five, waiter 2(he seems to pushy), food 4, price a little bit over price. I would said if you don’t want to spend over 15 per person cause most was like $ 17 to $ 25 for a sandwich or burger, don’t spend your money here. Only maybe for a special occasion type. That’s my recommendation.

Went here for the first time in a very long time. I was in the area and we needed to get something to eat. I remember it being pretty good in the past. Inside is nice and there is a helpful and courteous staff which promptly seated us. Our waitress was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. What I did not like was how much prices have jumped up greatly. An order of mac and cheese for 15.95?! Burgers start at 13.00?! Steak for $ 33.00! Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse don’t even charge that! I don’t expect to see prices like this at a place called Joe’s American Bar and Grill! The food for the most part was pretty good. The pork belly appetizer was tasty but looked nothing like the menu photo. It was a very small portion. Pork sliders were good but small. The Quesadillas were pretty bad and dry. The Fish and chips were good. Fries were a little over done but fish was nice, flaky white fish. There were not a lot of people for a Saturday night. I think Joe’s might want to revisit their prices. It might bring in more guests.

Eating dinner with my family definitely made this experience for me. It made up for the mediocre, overpriced food we were served. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything on the menu looked better than it tasted with the exception of the Cob Salad which was really good. The BBQ platter was smothered in a imitation smoke flavored BBQ sauce and served somewhat warm. It was an ok food experience. I’m not sure of I would return. Next time I think I’ll Just drive one more exit north and stop at the ‘99’. One plus for Joe’s is that it has items on their menu that you can’t get at other restaurants.

Horrible… Just horrible… even my 8 year old daughter said, «mom, my food is really dry» … Yup, it really was … Ordered the fried chicken dinner… How on earth do you deep fry chicken so much that it is practically dust? On top of that, there was a copious amount of breading that I couldn’t bite deep enough to reach chicken. I finally just peeled off all the breading… Sigh. The only good meal was the children’s chicken … Moist and delicious compared to everything else… The three of us ended up eating off the one kids meal… Good times, NOT!

How awful can a burger and fries be? Let’s see. Waay. over priced with cheese was $ 13.70! 6 Oz frozen patty. Smallest puddle of lettuce I have ever seen. 3 pieces of onion. Stale Roll! Blue. cheese was a slice of something taste…fries were pre made, and cold before they could be eaten. How hard is it to cook fries to order? Whoever cooks there should be ashamed of themselves. There are plenty of other places nearby but being closet to the highway lets them get away with it. Stay away

One word: Henry! Henry provides A++ service. He made the entire experience that much better. He is charming, attentive, knowledgeable and all around amazing! He made my friend and I feel like we were dinning in a five star restaurant in a small town under the stars… it was just wonderful. This place is fabulous! I’m not sure where all the lousy reviews come from. The food was great. I had the scallop risotto which was better than I could’ve expected and my friend had the chicken piccata. Both dishes were full of flavor and made with high quality ingredients. We also shared the buffalo chicken appetizer which was similar to just any pubs buffalo chicken… the real winner… that bread… nom, nom, nom. Delish! Crunchy on the outside, and soft and warm on the inside. Just perfect! The atmosphere was also nice. I liked the entire design. It felt warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

What a waste! Wish we hadnt stopped there! We stopped with the mindset of ordering simple dishes at the bar so that we could get on to the rest of our evening. Cocktails were delicious but overpriced(Boston prices.) Bartenders were lovely. We ordered what we hoped would be simple fast fare– chili bread bowl and house salad with grilled chicken and house dressing. Well, ladies and gents, we should have moved on down 495. Took a ridiculous amount of time(tons of employees, almost zero patrons) and extremely disappointing. Chili tasted like Dinty Moore! Was overly thick with that flavor and aroma of canned dog food. Get the picture? Awful!!! And had about 1 tablespoon of grated cheese on top. Couldnt taste it. The«grilled» chicken on the salad was less than luke warm and the salad was tiny. We wont make the mistake of stopping there for food again.

Food is average, a good diner has the same level of culinary merit. However, this place is absurdly overpriced. A cheeseburger is 17 dollars… these people are nuts. I ended up placing a to go order for a 12 dollar Ruben that took almost 20 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Didn’t even get offered a glass of water while I was waiting. Will never visit this chain(note this is a CHAIN that has the gall to price steaks and cheeseburgers the same) again. Also, its absolutely filthy for a place that easily will be 30 bucks per person. Skip it.
