never again will do business with this place Rafael the owner one of the biggest liars on earth!
2 and a half weeks! and my custom dash for my tablet is not finished, ii told him how i wanted it to be made but NO he did it his WAY, however i offered to help but the guy always running around, told him ill pay for half the job done and ill finish it myself, yeah i took off with my dash and god it was a relief. for radio and subwoofer installs its ok but anything else like custom dash he will take for ever i mean you want something done right and the way you want it then go to somewhere else even if you have to spend a little more.

My husband took his car here because he was changing the stereo himself, and although he had done all the wiring correctly, he couldn’t figure out why the stereo wasn’t working…
They proved to be knowledgable and thorough and figured out it was simply a missing fuse. They were attentive and kind. Although a small shop, they were the kind of place I would be happy to take my car to.
Fair pricing. Honest.
Don’t judge a book by its cover when you drive by!

Rafa put a stereo in my 1986 ford ranger. Install was clean, price was reasonable and it sounds amazing. They rely know what they are doing and are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using them.

Most knowledgeable workers and very meticulous about the quality of work that they are doing. If you love music and you want to bump it up a tad. I suggest you stop by their shop. From stereo installation to auto start and detail. That’s a one stop place. Custom work is untouchable. These guys are dedicated in customer satisfaction. Next job is my motorcycle stereo system. Thank You to Rafa and the boys great job!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any business I’ve encountered. I went back to this place 3 times to fix the problem that should have been fixed the first time. Very amateur installation for a company that stresses professionalism. If you are in the Metro West area, please go to Luxury Detail. They helped remedy all the problems at with professional service and a great price. I don’t work for them or know them personally so please take my word for it. Please NEVER get anything done at Rafa Sound.

I recently purchased a used Miati with what I considered to be a rather complicated after market sound /​nav unit. I did not know how to use all the features or if any of them needed repair. The manager/​owner spent almost an hour with me making adjustments and educating me about the system. The owner is a person who takes great pride in his work, is friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to help me, although I asked he said no charge. If and when I need services I would not hesitate to go there or recommend his services to anyone that I know. Support small business who have to compete against big box stores.
