This was my first trip to get a pool water test and pick up chemicals based on the results. I was fortunate to get Randy, who has obviously done this before. I asked him how much out would be and he said it would be$ 50 but would refund me $ 75 and I knew I had a stand up comedian. He took my pool sample and in less than 10 minutes, I had a computerized print out, an explanation of the results and the kinds of chemicals my niece would need to balance the pool. Randy epitomizes good customer service: quick, personal, thorough. This is a good place to go. Route 9 can be tough to navigate but plan your trip other than high traffic times. I went 9 Sunday morning

This place is the best.
We have had a nightmare with the company opening our pool. We are first time pool owners and don’t know much about pool care. The company we hired to open our pool could not answer any questions we’ve had and have been extremely non communicative and clearly annoyed with our questions.
Yesterday I went in because our pool’s ph was too high (another thing the hired company was not taking care of) I had no idea what to get but the people there were extremely helpful and after I explained how we had no idea what we were doing and the other company wasn’t answering any of our questions the manager gave me his card and told me we were welcome to call with any questions and he would answer them the best he could.
They were super friendly and I know I will be returning with all my pool care needs from now on! Thank you so much.

Leslie’s Pool recently opened and we have stopped in a few times but they haven’t had the things we’ve needed.
We misplaced our pressure gauge over the winter and sounds like others have too since they were out of stock with everyone opening their pools.
The show room looks great as they have many floats, toys, and general supplies. This place looks promising.
The people were friendly and as helpful as they could be. We ventured to our old faithful McCarthy Pool and found what we needed for about $ 9.
Leslie’s is much more convenient on Route 9 East so we will keep trying as they get their feet wet.
