HoneyBaked Ham

The store used to be ok. The staff is generally pretty friendly and helpful. But now it’s a funky store. No, I’m not talking about“James Brown” funk… I’m talking double overtime and the equipment manager didn’t wash the uniforms funk. Seriously. The place smells like The Armpit from Hell.
What happened was I went to the store before Thanksgiving, and the stench hit me like a ton of bricks. I get it, it’s busy and people are hustling but c’mon man… And to make matters worse, I counted that as a one off and went back before Christmas. And I’m telling you, there was still some serious funk in that place. Oh… And speaking of that day (December 23^rd), the service sucked. There was one guy at the register while the line just kept getting longer and everyone else was huddled around out back. The worst part about it was… You guessed it, needing to be in the smelly store even longer!
So… I can’t recommend this store. And I think they could have some sanitation issues. I mean the person, not sure which it is, smells abysmal. No amount of Glade, Pinesol… Sulfur even can mask the stench. Get them some friggin deodorant and Irish Spring!!! Avoid it and make the drive to another store.

Seriously this really happened today Wednesday before Thanksgiving I pre ordered a boneless ham knowing that it would be crazy out here pre ordered it got here before 7 o’clock in the morning and guess what they don’t have the ham the place is called honey baked ham that wasn’t ready no ham

We ordered sandwiches and salads for lunch and it was delicious! They use their own ham for the sandwiches and the salad was fresh. They are reasonably price and they deliver! I won’t be going to Panera anymore– love Honey Baked Ham!

My office gets lunch from here all the time! Never had any issues and the sandwiches are always prepared right away. I’ve gotten almost every sandwich they offer and have yet to be disappointed!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had pre-​ordered online, so pickup was very easy. While there, we grabbed a few sandwiches — which were excellent. Bought a vanilla rum cake for company, which was awesome.

absolute scumbags, don’t come in last second they will try to pawn off their most expensive hams that didn’t get picked up and pretend like you ordered them. They wouldn’t even take my cash which makes no sense

We showed up on Christmas Eve morning without knowing our order number however, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. My experience here was perfect, the staff knew what they were doing and shared a lot of their knowledge with me. They even offered to carry my turkey to my car. Great!

Worst Experience! I ended up canceling my order. The person who took my phone order and my credit card information was apparently clueless because when I showed up I had a completely different order and received massive attitude regarding the fact that I pre-​paid. Why on earth was my card # written on the order form if they don’t take prepayment? It’s not like they require a deposit!
Also the majority of what they offer is frozen. The staff looks dirty and there is actually a security guard at the door. This place is a glorified Boston Market. The staff smoke cigarettes out back and it’s just plain gross. I dodged a real bullet.
The «woman» I assumed was the manager tried to substitute pot roast for brisket. Her response to the inaccuracies were that they have a staff of 70 seasonal employees. So I guess that means even though they are fully staffed they are completely incompetent? I placed my order on Monday for a Saturday pick-​up I never received any correspondence that they would not be able to fulfill my order. Heating a spiral ham from the supermarket /​butcher shop was not difficult at all. I will warn everyone I know again this place.

Sometimes I get a Honey Baked Ham just because. It’s tasty & easy — and worth the cost.
