Best burgers around — no question. Love the fries with the skin on too. Pure deliciousness.

I’ve been around the country and have had pretty consistent quality when I get a burger at 5 guys. This location is dropping the ball. Tonight was the worst. They don’t even know the menu. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything but mushrooms. Says right on the menu that«everything» is in black lettering. I get my burger, which is suspiciously cold(bun was actually still frozen) and I bite into jalapeño and pepper in the burger. They added literally everything. No other location has ever messed this up. Add the freezing bun, burned, over salted fries and I cross this location off my list. Management needs to pay attention to quality control.

For what it is, OUTSTANDING. I come here 2 – 3 times per year. I like the music. I always get the veggie sandwich, no cheese, with bacon(hey I’m human) and grilled veggies. An amazing meal and a great deal. Also got a small fry, which I could not finish. A plate would be a good idea for them to have. The people there are very nice, the place is clean, and they now have milk shakes. Could not be much better, unless they had whole grain buns, organic meat and swiss cheese.

I was horrified by this location the first and only time I’ve been there(about a month ago). Everything seemed to be going smoothly until my burger was done and sent to the spot where they wrap it up. The guy wrapping it wiped his nose with a paper towel then touched the burger to start wrapping it. Maybe I’m a germaphobe but a little hand sanitizer please? It was in plain sight. I have a feeling many places or restaurants cross contaminate but I will never go back here knowing what I saw.

I decided to try a hot dog this time. Nothing special. I’ll stick with their burgers!

Visited the store around 2 pm recently. Both trash cans were overflowing and smelled bad. Counter was dirty and the store needed to be swept. Took about 15 minutes to get my burger. The burger tasted good however there was an error on the topping. Instead of raw onion I received cooked onion.

The burgers are fresh and it’s nice to choose your own toppings. The fat content is really high though so don’t expect anything other than greasy. The kids like getting peanuts in the shell while they’re waiting in line. The fries, while plentiful, are disappointing in how soggy they are. Smashburger is better.

after this restaurant was recommended by family members my wife and i decided to try it. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over thirty years and find this place a big joke. You walk in and see the big bags of potatos thinking vthat your going to get great fries but the fries were limp and full of grease. The burgers were thin and saulty. the music was to loud and the red and white store colors were annoying to bad we were looking foward to it. I will never go back not much better then mickey d’s and mickey, d is cheaper. Five guys sit down and try your food becase your mother would never eat it.

Love their burgers and fries. However, I hate ketchup and they always put ketchup on my burger when I ask not to put it on. They didn’t have a problem with giving me a new burger though.

I some times I can not understand the draw of Five Guys, my family loves the place. I found the burgers greasy and poorly prepared. It really does not matter the location the food is the same. The other issue is the peanuts which are every where. For a small but still sizable group it could cause a dangerous situation.

we have visited this location a few times before in the past couple of yrs and had ok burgers, fries have been inconsistent– somewhere on the soggy to overdone continuum, but a visit on 11/01/2014 was unusual because 3 of out 4 burgers were made incorrectly. Our orders were pretty simple, with one or two toppings on each burger… we had to ask for one burger to be remade but everyone else in our party just settled for whatever they had been served. I checked the order slips and the orders had been entered correctly but down the make line is where it all went wrong …

I stopped by this Five Guys for lunch. My burger was incorrect, and because we were pressed for time, I was unable to go back and get it fixed. I didn’t think it would be that big of a change: I asked for jalapeños and received bacon. As it turns out, it made a world of difference. The bacon was awful. This is not unique to the Framingham location; the bacon is generally awful at all Five Guys. There is nothing wrong with this location, but they are mostly average. The food is hot, and the portions are generous– especially with the fries. Being able to customize your burger means that it is easier to make healthy choices. Oh, you should also know that a burger is actually a double burger. If you want a regular burger you have to order the little hamburger. I must say that I prefer Smashburger down the road in Sherwood Plaza.

It’s 5 guys. Consistently good burgers. This location tends to not be great at delivering on the web orders for me. I have had to wait a long time to get an order I did on line because the guy at the register did not communicate well with the Fry master. But all and all the food is a large step up from the normal«fast food» joint. The biggest piece of advice is if you are not eating at the location don’t get the fries. If the cool down they are not great. Also if you order the large fries be ready as they are huge just stick with the small, plenty for 1 – 2 people.

Its 5 guys… greasy burgers, but ok. HOWEVER, this place is FILTHY. They need to hose down those sticky trash cans, make sure that those get cleaned and wiped down. I know they get a lot of traffic, but at 130 there werent that many people, and tables were dirty and floor was also sticky… Needless to say lunch did not sit well with me…

There once was a place called Five Guys. And behold! They serve Burgers and Fries! Now my grills growing dust, because going is a must, and i’m in love with all they provide. There aren’t many places that serve really good burgers without you also having to fork over a tip. Perhaps that’s one of the reasons the Five Guys chain is doing so well. In theory, it’s fast food. Burgers, fries, made your way with tons of topping varieties served in a brown paper bag. But in actuality, its more like a quick serving diner where your Dad(or Mom) may or may not be behind the grill throwing those burgers on one by one. The interior screams cozy but lunch time speed, the buckets of peanuts immediately enlighten you to the bro themed menu, and the fries are hand cut, thick, crispy, lightly salted goodness. I have yet to try the cajun fries, but as a frequent Five Guys enthusiast, I can promise you the regular fries are realllyyy good. The best thing about this place is that once you choose your base patty style(bacon? Cheese? Bacon and cheese?) all the additional toppings aren’t priced differently. You can add grilled onions and mushrooms for free. Spice it up with A-1 sauce. Get sweet with some BBQ. Burn your moth off with Jalepenos. Whatever your flavor they’re serving it, and they’re serving it fresh. If you’re looking for burgers and fries that taste like home without cleaning the grill, then just eat here. Heads up for newbies: The regular burger comes with two patty’s the«little» comes with one. I made that mistake the first time I stopped here and I had a burger baby for about an hour afterwards. Your not a baby if you get a little burger. You’re just not that hungry. No shame people, no shame.

Their Cajun fries are amaaazing. And so are fresh jalapeños on your burger. Mmmmm. Spicy. I love that you can customize your burgers(I always get the«little hamburger» because, uh, well, it’s not little – it’s a big, juicy patty vs. two in the«regular» burgers) with FREE toppings. I like to play around and sometimes I get it «all the way,» while at other times, I pick and choose individually. I sorta feel like a diva when I list things one by one(kinda like those folks at Starbucks who order venti soy fat-free lattes with a triple shot of espresso sprinkled with a splash of high maintenance, extra hot, please), but then… when I take that first bite… I feel less like a diva, and more like a caveman. MEATSOGOOD. MELOVEMEAT. And the fries are thick-cut and especially tasty when«well done.» The crunch. The spice. The joy. It’s a few steps up from Mickey D’s and the like, but it just goes to show you, you don’t need to shell out $ 20 for a delicious burger.

BESTBURGERSANYWHERE! You cant beat this place. The service is quick, the burgers are cooked perfectly, you have your choice of unlimited toppings, and the french fries are fresh cut potatoes. They give you so much that 2 people have to split one order. I leave this place satisfied everyntime! LOVEIT!

As good as it gets for a $ 5 burger, at least. I eyed this place down as it took over six months to go up from the time that they put the sign on Rt 30. I had never been to a Five Guys and heard nothing but good things from friends in the DC area. The Fram location is always clean and always packed… I also love to sneak out the door with a handful of peanuts even though you aren’t supposed to. :) The quality is super consistent and that’s what makes me go back about once a month. I love the online ordering option as well, I work about a mile away and it remembers the last order I made(I rarely change my toppings) and I literally have it all done on the website in 30 seconds, that earns them an extra star right there. I can then skip the line when I show up and the order is waiting for me, pre-paid. The french fries are DEADLY and I tend to stay away from them. Seeing the eye popping 1400 calories amount on a large order makes my heart flutter in anticipation of an impending clog. I also rarely get cheese on my burger so with healthier, veggie toppings… the burger comes in at only about 750 calories which I can live with for lunch. I’ve never had anything here but the«regular» hamburger, no hot dog or anything like that. You can’t review the burgers here against something you may get at a pub for $ 8.95, this has to be compared to that of the other fast food giants to make it rise to the top in the category it belongs in. For $ 5, in a mid-level sort of category, nothing that I know of beats Five Guys.
