food portions are small but the chicken tastes good. the person who greeted and served me did so like a machine without a smile. I can’t imagine her being very happy working there. so sad.

Where should I start??? This location could use a remodulation. Kind of school. This place is disgusting to eat in. Every table I went to look for was dirty and had trash on top of it. Thankfully we found one that was decent. It makes you wanna double think about eating here. If it’s dirty and trash everywhere and all the employees are just hanging out. It makes you think how does the kitchen look? How is the food handled? Do the employee clean the kitchen, so they don’t contaminate the customers? Do they wash their hands? Anyways, my mother went to complain about the tables and this young woman said she would clean it. She got up but to gossip with a table full of guys. Slut!!! More and more people were coming in and she did not give two shits about the place looking all gross.

5 star Boston Market location off Route 126 in Framingham. I love Boston Market and go to the Norwood location weekly. This location is SO much cleaner, and at least 3x the size of the Norwood location. Even though the Norwood location is 10 minutes from my house, and I haven’t ever had a problem there, this Framingham Boston Market is 10x better!(only complaint is that one cashier had a real attitude when I showed a 20% off coupon!) Overall, a great place for lunch or dinner in the Golden Triangle Shopping zone in Framingham.

I hadnt had boston market in 12 years. I flew into town and my mom brought me here for dinner. It was 945 and they closed at 10. the line was still long, they were still providing hot and fresh food and with a smile. most other places would be throwing things around and upset that it was almost time to go. The food was great though. Chicken, apples, corn, mashed potatoes, BOMB sweet potatoes and creamed spinach. I think it is pretty expensive for fast food, but the meal for 4 served 3 of us 2x and there was still some left, so it could be worth it. I wish they had gluten free cornbread or deserts though. ps. it must be good food since a man parked next to a cop, left his car running and his maybe 2 year old child in the back seat, just to go in, wait in line and get his dinner.

Great food. The line went fast. The service was accurate. Sandwich was a little skimpy but… Over-all it was great!

Most of the people who work here are really nice, but for some reason, the customers who come here are awful. Upon multiple occasions, we’ve seen customers just being totally unreasonable and rude… which is awkward. People, if you’re out there– just because it’s «fast food» doesn’t mean that you can treat people horribly; food service is an incredibly difficult job. Other than that, Boston Market is Boston Market– the food is consistent, the service is fast, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are polite. They’ll bring your food to your table and clear your plates. I’ve been eating the mac & cheese, baked apples(dip the cornbread in them– amazing), and corn since I was a kid– a little monochromatic, but it never gets old. Once, they were out of something that I wanted for the moment, so they said that they would bring it out to the table when it was ready. They forgot, so I went up to ask about it, and they gave me a giant portion for free to take home to make up for it, which made an impression on me. I think that’s what happens when you commiserate with employees over how badly people treat other people in food service sometimes.

The service at the Norwood location was great so I figured I would try Framingham. They were pleasant and helpful and we do like the food but I think I still favor the folks in Norwood. We get a half chicken meal, dark with 2 thighs and the kids meatloaf dinner. The corn bread is in little loaves and are so yummy. We get a back of 6 and have em for breakfast. The mac n cheese, spiced apples, cheesy spinach always seem to make it on the side list. Their chicken soup looks so good but I have yet to try it. We will be back.

NEVER thought I’d write a review for Boston Market, but their customer service is nothing short of STELLAR so I simply had to acknowledge that: I was greeted with a friendly hello & a smile, the food was fresh, well-cooked & arrived quickly, it’s served on a REAL plate with REAL utensils, someone was cleaning the dining room like it was in their home, someone else stopped & asked me how my food was, and could they get me anything? I asked for a food box(big portions), and it was IMMEDIATELY brought over. When I left, no fewer than 3 people thanked me for coming in and said goodbye. I’ve always thought of this place as just a small step above fast food, but they must have a heck of a training program. I’ll definitely fo there again, for the simple fact that they treat their customers like valued guests(sadly, many places just don’t anymore).

My crazy preggo cravings brought me here for their macaroni and cheese. I wound up getting a few sides instead of chicken, also courtesy of crazy preggo cravings. 1) The macaroni and cheese hit the spot. I hadn’t been to a Boston Market in a very long time, and it was just as good as I remembered it. Cheesy and rich! 2) Either the mashed potatoes or gravy was too salty for my liking. Kudos to them, though, for not using that powered mashed potato garbage. 3) The corn was nice and buttery. 4) The cornbread was also tasty. The people working there were super friendly. It’s a decent place to get a quick and cheap lunch while trapped on Route 9 in Natick/Framingham.

Great value, a nearly home-cooked meal for a fair price. Occasional special deals really amp up the benefit. The lines can get rather long during cerain times of day in certain seasons. The secret must be out!
