There’s not much to say about the food they serve because this is a typical fast food restaurant chain. I usually prefer McDonald’s but when I crave for onion rings I go to Burger King. This rating is for the service only and how this particular restaurant operates. Drive through or ordering in doesn’t make a difference, their service sucks! I don’t know why it takes over 15 – 20 minutes to make a meal. Excuse me, this is a FASTFOOD chain, if I wanted to wait for a burger for that long, I might as well go to a restaurant and get a real burger. I can’t say that it’s horrible every time. But who knows, for the past two years, whenever I do come here, this kind of service has been consistent!

One star is too many. Went there today because I was driving by and was hungry. Shouldn’t have gone in as the last time I got the wrong order via the drive through. Anyway, there were 3 people ahead of me and there was nobody at the register. The manager was filling orders for the drive through. After about 5 minutes I yelled over to him and he at first ignored me so I tried again. He then said somebody would be there soon in a sharp tone. The couple in front of me then left. Then a guy eating came up to complain he got a burger with onions which he didn’t want. The guy came finally to take my order and somebody elses. I asked for a Big King and substitute rings for fries which appeared to confuse him. The guy in front of me ordered just a burger. My order came first and then I got a soda which was flat. The burger was dry and was not as tasty as I remember. The rings were overcooked and cold. The manager knowing I was pissed came over with a new order of rings. Really really bad, never going back and plan to contact HQ to complain. Follow up, after filing a complaint on the BQ website I received a call today from one of the managers there. I guess they were contacted by HQ. He apologized profusely and said they had lost 7 employees that week and therefore they were shorthanded and had new and not fully trained employees on hand. I said that was still no excuse for the way we were ignored. I also said that if they paid better they may be able to attract people who are willing to stay and with better attitudes. He agreed and asked if there is anything he could do. I asked what he meant and he said that he would make sure I was taken care of properly. I asked what if he was not there what would happen. He said he would leave a note! I kind of laughed and I said I don’t think I would take him up. I finished by saying that I don’t see how I could ever go back to that location again. He then said let him know if I changed my mind. I believe he was sincere given the pressure from above but I think that location will always have a problem.

I went through the drivethru yesterday and the cashier, I believe his name was(Mark) took my money, never gave me a receipt, then after 3 minutes of waiting, he asked me if I could pull forward and someone would bring the food out to me. After 10 more minutes, no one came out with the food and I had to drive away without the food or my money because I was now going to be late for work. I called immediately upon arrival to work,(I was furious, since I hadn’t eaten anything all day and now would have to wait til after 8 pm. to get something else. I requested the contact info for the franchise owner. instead they gave me a number for a manager from Waltham who doesn’t even manage this store. After work I went back to the drive thru window to get the wanted info off the window an surprise surprise there is no sticker with that information. The assistant manager(Raymond) told me he is not authorized to give me that information!!! Ugh!!! So if you want to spend your money on an invisible– calorie free meal I would highly recommend you just use this drivethru and donate your $$$. I hate even being forced to give this place 1 star! If I could, I’d give them a negative –15!!! Never again will I get food from here. Wendys is starting to appeal to me more and more!!! :(

pretty good place to eat if your in a hurry. the air conditioning is very good and the service is good as well. when they have specials you can’t beat the price. also i have eaten breakfast there and it is very good.

This Burger King is slow. Busy, slow. Slow, slow. A turtle could run a marathon quicker. You get the point. The drive-thru is ridiculously slow. So slow that often the line backs out into the street. Other days it is empty, which would make you think it could be quicker… but alas, no. Even when empty you still have to wait a good amount of time even for one burger to be made. This location should be ashamed of its slowness. It was so bad that I started to just go in because its quicker, but still slow as hell. I’ve seen 5 people get served inside quicker than 1 car outside. People I know even avoid going here and just go to the Wendy’s down the street because of the ridiculous waiting time. I would like to think its slow because of a lack of employees, but alas, no to that as well. They always have 5 – 10 employees working/cooking/etc. No reason to be that slow. Even I go to the Wendy’s now.
