Wendy’s

Slooooooowwwwwwwwwww drive thru. I truly do not understand how the drive through is so insanely slow.
I write this, as I pass 20 minutes in line… never again coming here. I almost want to get out of line and drive away.

One of the nastiest fast food places every, the people handle the food without washing there hands. Food is cold and can’t get it right. The manager is rude to customers and employees. Would not eat here ever again. NASTY!

Have tried this place like three or four times and have finally gave up on it. The food here is always old and dry as if it was just sitting under a lamp forever. Would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

I couldn’t agree more about the drive thru (past reviews)…this place is the worst place for that (missing items from experience). If you have the time, just go inside or avoid this place entirely. I put a call in to the district manager (Sam) about the recurring events. I left a message with no call back as of yet.

They forgot items using the drive through so we had to go back around. When we got home (5 min drive) we discovered the burgers were cold. Not going back.

The place looks fantastic but they have a serious infestation problem. The place is packed with flies! The service great and so is the food but cmon do something about the bugs it’s disgusting !!
I brought it to their attention and I was disregarded like it was nothing. Flies are there for a reason and plots poor hygiene and that makes me very nervous because of they have an open container of any food or liquid the bugs get in there and as I wrote this my kids could be eating fly milkshake! I don’t think I’m coming back in a long while until I’m sure they get their act together.
It’s a shame that a brand new restaurant is being so careless about such an important part of food hygiene.

Ok. So I tried the joint a second time since I wasn’t hungry on the first review. I was only moderately hungry this time so I only got the Wendy Single and Fries. That only deserves one extra star. So now they are up to 4 for me. I did the drive thru thing. Fast, courteous, efficient, burger and fries were piping Wendy’s hot and succulent. Hit the spot in the right places. Maybe if I’m really hungry next time and get more they ‘might’ get another star. We’ll see. Stay tuned. Same channel.

Current 7 days a week hours are 10am — 12am (drive thru till 1am)
Mom and I came in here ⁴⁄₂₆ at 10pm. Floors were extremely wet due to mopping with way too much water (they were still slippery 30 min later). Cashier was friendly, said they actually opened on Monday.
Would have liked some baked potatoes, but they were not to be done for another 30min (code word for they aren’t really going to make anymore?). We settled on a Baconator Combo. Sandwich was good, fries did not pass inspection. They could have been more crispy for general standards. Also, they got cold REAL quickly.
Drinks were good due to the use of the Coca Cola Freestyle Machine (one of the ONLY vending machines where you can get a variety of sugar free options!). Would have liked to tried one of the tea options, but they were long gone (was tired and didn’t feel like bothering the clerk).
Very pretty comfortable surroundings, but they really need to open up the blinds to make it more lit up. I’ve been passing this place for a week now and today was the first time we saw a sign out front. Would it have killed em to put some balloons by the road? This place still isnt listed on Wendy’s website (franchise vs corporate store?). Would have liked to rate higher (as I like Wendy’s), but did not due to technical problems there. Hopefully all the problems are bugs due to a new store working out the bugs.
