THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The two grumpy old couple that owns the place are the rudest bunch I’ve ever come across. Completely unprofessional. Came by the office on three separate occasions to pay my storage fee. Monday, «there system was ‘backing up’ in San Antonio» so they couldn’t assist me for another hour. Tuesday, they had a sign on the office window that read, «Be back in a bit.» 20 minuets go by and nobody is still back at the office. Come back on Wednesday, and of all the days they are closed, it’s Wednesday! So frustrating! When trying to explain my frustration on the following day, they being to yell at me like I was in the wrong. Totally disrespectful! I feel sorry for whoever has to encounter these people.

This place is a dump! The employees are very unprofessional and could care less to kindly speak to a person they do not know how to handle a customer and clearly need to go to school for business! I was treated with such a nasty attitude and am glad I will never go back ever again hopefully no one will have to go through such awfullness!!!
