We usually come here for lunch. The service has always been great and the food has always been good. Idk what kind of experiences others have had but ours has always been a pleasant experience.

This was an ok experience. I wanted an adult drink and some bar food and that’s exactly what I got. Reasonably priced. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. My only advice would be not to expect too much… Especially for the price. Limited appetizer selection, but I did a trio and it served it’s purpose. My date got some sort of a brisket baked potato. It was pretty tasty but very small. Would I go back, meh… Crap

My husband and I went in for dinner on a weekday. There weren’t many other patron’s in the restaurant, so we expected to at least get waited on… We sat at our table for 15 minutes without even being greeted by the waitress. She glanced at us a handful of times and just chose to not wait on us. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back to give them another try.

Had a really good experience here tonight, so I thought I’d update my review.
We were seated quickly, the food was really good, things were timely. I’m glad we decided to come back to Logan’s tonight. The young lady who took care of us seemed distracted or whatever. Certainly not a person for whom a large tip was earned. Average received, average given if you take my meaning. That’s not to say bad, but on a night when the food was so good, average uninterested service stands out. And it keeps a 4 star visit from becoming a 5 star visit.
Everything else was markedly improved over our first visit. The Onion Brewski steak is a real treat and I will be eager to try it again.
Thanks Logan’s! We will be back. :)

Food is yummers. Service is so slooooooow. Every single time! I don’t understand why. It’s not like they’re even that busy during lunch. I’ve been to several places more packed but get my food in half the time. Yes, there’s a bucket of yummy peanuts to nibble on at each table but our lunch time is limited. The complimentary rolls are wonderful and I love love the grilled veggie skewer. I just wish the kitchen would have a better sense of urgency to get food out in a more timely manner.

When we arrived we were told that we’d have a 10 minute wait. Saturday evening, so I expected a longer predicted wait-​time. About 5 – 7 minutes later, we were beckoned to our table. Our server, Ty, arrived shortly thereafter to greet us and take our drink order. They came quickly, and our order was taken. My wife can’t order without asking questions, so she hit him up with a few questions. He patiently answered, and gave great advice.
After some conversation with my wife, our meal arrived in a timely manner. Ack! WAIT! How did I forget those amazing rolls??? Amazing yeast rolls, fresh out of the oven. And to my delight, after we told Ty how amazing they were, he promised he’d bring more, which he did. They were a great snack in lue (in lew?) (instead) of an appetizer.
We had a ribeye, and a chicken dinner with roasted vegetables. Both were perfectly cooked.
We didn’t leave room for dessert, so will have to do that next time.
Now, let me tell you a little about Unilocal.There are two places whiners hang out: Facebook and Unilocal.Some people seem to live to whine. Perhaps they should get some cheese with their whine, and chill a bit. Those people aren’t perfect, but they expect others to be perfect. If you have a complaint, tell the business owner or manager. Don’t whine here unless you still didn’t get it resolved.
Done with my whine, now pardon me while I get some cheese.

The only reason we tried this place out is because we received a gift card for Valentines Day. My husband went in and placed a to go order and waited at the bar. 30 MINUTES LATER… the food was ready. He ordered the chicken club sandwich on texas toast for me and a bacon mushroom burger for himself. My sandwich was very sub par. He asked for the bacon on the side but did not get any at all. The «Texas toast» was hardly toast. Just white bread, not toasted, nothing. It feel apart while I was eating it, thankfully at home. His bacon, mushroom cheeseburger was just a burger. No bacon. No mushrooms. No cheese. He had asked for both to be put on the side so it wouldn’t be soggy by the time he got it home. The fries were pretty bla, but I’ll give some room on that one since he took 15 minutes to get home. 1000% will not be back. Would have called and complained but let it slide since it was a gift card…

We were greeted by a friendly staff and they seated us immediately. Our waiter came over and was very friendly and helpful. We started with the ribs appetizer which was amazing, can’t get ribs like that in Cali! I ordered a 6oz filet mignon and they told me they only had 9oz so I went with that and I’m glad I did. The BEST filet mignon I’ve had in a long time. Their mashed potatoes with white gravy are also the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had, hands down. I couldn’t finish my entrée and took the leftover meat to my uncle who lives out there and he went to Logan’s in his area the very next day to get the same thing. It was THAT good!

We came back for another party (work this time) great customer service, great food, great drinks !! Can not say enough good things !! Thank you for making the work party a success

We have dined here twice and had terrible experiences with service both times. The first time we went at lunch and were seated in a corner and forgotten for 15 minutes. Finally my husband went up to the front and asked for a manager and we were finally served drinks. They did comp us an appetizer so we thought maybe our experience was a fluke. We returned tonight 11÷7÷15 and have had another terrible experience. It took them several minutes to greet us at the door even though we approached the guy at the stand. Then it took 10 minutes to get drinks and now we have been waiting 30 more minutes for food. We got here at 6, it’s now 6:45 and all I’ve had served is a Coke and some rolls. It hasn’t been super busy either time so that isn’t the issue. We won’t be returning.

Service was great, very prompt and polite. I ordered a chicken fried steak, vegetable skewers, and a Cesar salad. The Cesar salad was the best part of the meal. The vegetables had no seasoning, and the chicken fried steak was tough and extremely salty. I won’t be back, if rather go to Cotton Patch which is less than a mile away.

Well, I have to say, the meal was not terrible. I had the sirloin and lobster, and for a «sit down fast food» place it was ok. The lobster was not «killed». Our steaks were cooked to order specs, potatoes were done. The kids chicken was juicy, and their mash was smooth and seasoned well. The only complaint I have was their rice was not cooked, and the salad was a disgrace. Server was good and attentive, and they were polite to both of our children. We will be back, but it will probably be a while.

I’m always wary of ordering a salad with grilled chicken at any restaurant. Today I went against my better judgement and was happily surprised to eat a moist, flavorful, grilled chicken breast atop a huge plate of greens.
I’ve also ordered the Mesquite Wood-​Grilled Pork Chops before and was equally pleased with its moistness.
Today, my lunch date ordered his sirloin medium. Once at the table, the server offered for the patron to cut into the steak to check for requested doneness. Even though my date declined, the offer didn’t go unnoticed. It’s a quick and efficient way to remedy any steak not being cooked to desired temperature. **It should be noted that his steak was cooked to a perfect medium.
I’m not sure why other Unilocalers have reviewed this location so low. Admittedly, this is not my favorite steakhouse, and snobs could turn their noses to the fact that it’s a chain restaurant. To date though, I’ve had no cause for complaint and experienced only swift service with a smile.
I reviewed 4 out of 5 stars because there is no lunch menu available.

Let me first say that this is my first review ever! And what caused me to want to write one is the awful service this place had.
It was the first time for me eating here and my husband has had some bad experiences at a Logan’s before but not in this town. So I thought this one would be different.
Long story short after about my 3^rd bite of tilapia I found a fly in my food. It had been cooked with my fish and I almost puked! I didn’t have to pay for it but we paid for my husbands food and left. I will never eat there again, like I said my husband had some bad experiences at different Logan’s again, but after my experience I cannot go back.
I would give it 0 stars but it will not let me, I guess that one star goes out to the waiter who was very sympathetic.

I ordered the prime rib and it was a disaster. Everything else was okay but I won’t be back.

I have gone here twice and both times turned out to be the absolutely worst experiences.
First time, we waited over 35 minutes for our food. I ordered a steak salad and my friend ordered the bacon cheese burger. When our food came out, the burger was ice cold. Thankfully, we got our food comp’d. As we were leaving, we just happened to drive around the back and saw the chef smoking — no wonder why our food was late.
We decided to give this place another try, because I really wanted to try the steak sandwich. 20 minutes after our order was placed, the waiter came over to the table and said they ran out of steak for my steak sandwich!!! WHAT KIND OF STEAK JOINT RUNS OUT OF STEAK?
Unbelievable.
We asked to speak to the manager, and he NEVER even came.
FIRE THE MANAGEMENT! Clearly he doesn’t know how to run a restaurant.

The service is pretty good, and the rolls are always great. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stops.
We had cold steaks, an overcooked burger that was missing sauce, etc. After a remake, the steak was RARE. Finally, the food came out right an HOUR later.
The management gave us a discount, but the experience was bad enough, we won’t be back. I suggest you steer clear of this one.

Absolutely terrible! I cannot actually put into words properly how poor the experience was. Food: wrong order, cold and tasteless. Service was friendly, but apathetic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Absolutely the worst Logans ever. I love Logans Salmon with dill sauce, but these guys jack it up every time. This Logans is close to my house, so I am sure some of you know the feeling, and keep going in hopes it will get better because it’s close by. WELL, it don’t!
The only reason for the 2 star rating is the servers are nice, and the HH drinks are good.
So in conclusion: Place to sit and drink, you bet! Place to eat, shut your mouth!
