Jos A Banks

Buyer Beware! I do not usually post review on a business unless they are exemplary and I want to share my lack of success Jos A Banks because my experience with them made me feel like I wasted time and money. This location is disappointing. I purchased four suits spending more than I ever had since they came highly recommended and the promotion they had looked appealing. After a few months, suit pants I had only worn three or four times started coming apart at the leg seams. They just started coming unstitched. This happened at different times so THREE TIMES I went to the store and had to ask them to fix it. Each time it took over a week to get my trousers back. For what I paid, they should have delivered them to me after the first mended pair. While I respect the quality of work that comes from most of Mexico, I learned that Jos A Banks have their suits «assembled» in Mexico, avoiding using US-​based labor. For the price, you’d think their facility would be local. This was just the most recent situation. When I purchased the four suits, it took them over THREE WEEKS to get them after they were marked for fitting. The blame was on UPS as a shipping problem but it took them two weeks to get back to me after I called when the original due date came and passed. I am grateful they gave me an overpriced tie after the second suit pants were mended. Nothing for the third pair. I’ve been sitting on posting this review for a few months but finally decided that I’m not likely to go back to Jos A Banks so what have I got to lose? I’ve already lost I hope this keeps you from having a similar experience.
